||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a huge fan of Logitech mice, so I figured I'd give one of their keyboards a shot to replace my worn-out, 10-year old MS Natural 4000. But, I just got this new K860 home and after only a few minutes I can safely say it's going right back to Best Buy today. First, it has no dedicated Windows key. Yes, you're supposed to be able to use the "Start" key instead, but it's not the same. What a huge failure and oversight, Logitech! This keyboard has an Apple Command key (in the wrong place), but no Windows key to meet the needs of the *vast majority of all computer users in the world*. (If you're a Mac user, your Option and Command key are backwards on this keyboard, so it's not of good use to you either.) No. Just no. Also, the chiclet/island keys are just plain bad. They lack travel and responsiveness, and it's clear this keyboard is not going to be able to handle the demands of my job coding. The overall shape of the keyboard is nice. Now, if it had a proper Windows key and mechanical switches, I'd be all over it. Alas, it does not. I'm really disappointed, especially given the premium price point. This one is a total dud. Do not recommend for any users.

Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the K860 keyboard. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the keyboard and are thinking of returning it. Due to the nature of being for both Mac and Windows, we had to make some compromises in the keys and placement. You can download Logitech Options and customize some of the keys. Either way, I'm confident there is a Logitech keyboard that will fit all of your needs!

This one has a much more severe slant for my wrists. Not sure I like it yet. Maybe it just takes some getting used to.

I spent 45 minutes with support with this 1 simple issue. They repeatedly asked me to try the same troubleshooting steps. It is clear Logitech support is a joke and they refused to resolve this basic issue on a device that had only been used for a few days. I paid a premium for this Logitech device just to have a high-quality product and good support. I am returning it and going to buy a much cheaper replacement.

However, the experience was disappointing. It does help with your wrists to rest on comfy surface. However, it gave me shoulder pain due to the way the hands are positioned. I personally cannot recommend it.
