Tracker slowed/stalled after a few weeks

Tracker ball gets stuck, has slowed and despite troubleshooting using the mouse settings its performance has seriously declined in just a few weeks. Of course it’s past the return/exchange date so the chat bots and AI-serviced phone line just send you to a link saying as much. I thought purchasing from somewhere reputable would at least guarantee more than 2 weeks of use…

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed when BB ships something EARLY, arrives to a closed-for-the-weekend building (I ordered it ordered to get there during the work week when the building is OPEN) and they return it w/o re-attempt at delivery. Especially when the date for shipping was an open-building day, it is disappointing. Thus isn't the first time. Amazon doesn't let this happen.

Having to lift my thumb on and off the roller defeated the purpose of having it. Then, when lifting off the roller to use one of the buttons, the cursor would frequently move.
