This works well, responsive, well designed, good shape for all-day use. Helps mitigate elbow or wrist/carpal tunnel repetitive stress injury. Trackball mouse is better than other ergo variants of the traditional mouse, if you need to reduce the risk of RSI. Good purchase!
It's great to hear the ERGO M575 S has contributed to a more comfortable, productive workday. Feedback like this helps us understand the impact of our ergonomic design choices. We appreciate you sharing your experience

It took me about a week to get used to the different mouse configuration but it is much easier to use with 3 monitors
Works great I bought 2.

A newer model than my old one. The buttons are aren't clicky, so if you need a quiet mouse this is great for that.
The buttons are also really sensitive, I find it occasionally right-clicks when I pick up the mouse to put it aside, not a big deal (better right click than left) but something to keep in mind.
We appreciate your honest feedback on the Logitech ERGO M575S Wireless Ergonomic Trackball Mouse! It's great to hear that its quiet buttons are a benefit, and we've noted your comments about the button sensitivity.

This purchase is a replacement. I have been using this type of mouse for over 20 years. I was a computer programmer, diagnosed with "overuse syndrome" which leads to carpal tunnel. I got this type of mouse and noticed a difference immediately.
We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It’s fantastic to hear the product is delivering as expected. Your feedback helps us grow and refine what we do. Thanks for choosing Logitech!

Alright, I know it seems like a weird design. But I'm honestly having a hard time going back to a regular mouse. My hand rests on it comfortable and the fact that the whole thing stays stationary makes it very usefull for long working sessions. The ball took maybe 15-20 minutes to get used to, and from there it's been a game changer (pun intended).

Mouse vs. Trackball

About 15 years ago, I was getting carpal tunnel syndrome frequently so I needed a change. Enter the Logitech Trackball line up. No CTS since then. I've the wired up to the latest MX Ergo wireless. I dropped back down to this model since the more expensive one has more buttons that I never used except when I accidentally pushed them! Good trackball but I don't need all those buttons. But they may be great for anyone who does like and use them.
The biggest "drawback" is getting use to the mouse/trackball difference. In my case, it's a "never going back" to mouse . . . ever. I like it but it may not be for everyone.
Thank you for sharing your long-term positive experience with our trackball lineup and how it has helped with your carpal tunnel syndrome. We appreciate you detailing your journey from wired to the MX Ergo and ultimately to the ERGO M575 S, highlighting that its simpler button layout better suits your needs. It's valuable feedback for others considering the switch from a traditional mouse to a trackball, and we're glad it's been a "never going back" solution for you!

The mouse is very ergonomic and comfortable for my palm. Also, due to the wireless nature, I can sit anywhere and control the mouse. However, the mouse track ball falls out very easily. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience with the ERGO M575 mouse, including both the positive aspects and the issue with the trackball.

Great work mouse for wrist relief, just requires a bit of cleaning to keep cat hair from building up in the ball.

Silent Ergo Rollerball Mouse

Have used the roller ball mouse for probably 20 years now and they never fail. For those not used to a ball it can take a little getting used to but I promise you'll never go back to a traditional mouse. This particular model surprised me with its absolute SILENCE. It makes no noise whatsoever which can be a little disarming at first - you don't get that audio feedback (clicking)!
It's wonderful to hear you've been a loyal trackball user for so long and are enjoying the silent operation of the ERGO M575 S! We truly appreciate you highlighting its quiet performance and your long-term satisfaction with trackball mice.

I've owned something like three or four of these trackballs over the years, both at home and at work.
I find it comfortable to use,
Yes, you have to get used to it to use, but once done, there's no going back.
Rather than moving your arm when using a regular mouse, you are simply moving your thumb w/this.
Thanks for the great feedback! We're thrilled you're loving your Logitech device. Your support means a lot to us.

It's definitely a good step up from the previous version. Having the Bluetooth connection option frees up a USB port, which I appreciate. Best of all is that the left/right buttons have a much gentler click, which is better ergonomically. My one criticism is that the Forward button (on the left edge) is a little too far to the front.
