It fufills all of your mousing needs. If you feel a sudden urge to mouse but not at your 'puter???? Be glad this mouse has no tail, take mouse with you to park, on beach, mother-in-laws and mouse like at 'puter!

Helps mitigate elbow or wrist/carpal tunnel repetitive stress injury. Trackball mouse is better than other ergo variants of the traditional mouse, if you need to reduce the risk of RSI.
