Budget MX ERGO Plus

It's close enough that I feel mostly "at home" using this while I'm in the office. If you're a trackball mouse fan, and on a budget, get this for sure.

And i got to say every desk iwnork at i put this mouse... keeps my desk space minimal and dont need to move it as the cursor moves with the ball on top

Her previous trackball became unreliable and glitchy so she started using a wired mouse. That got old in a hurry. I have always preferred a trackball over a mouse or trackpad and, IMO, the M575 continues to have the best bang for the buck of all the ones I have tried/used.

It works

I definitely saves space if that is your biggest dilemma, and It works in that regard. It does get dirty relatively quickly which affects the way the thumb ball tracks. Not a big deal, remove the ball and clean the contacts and voilà. That said, I bought this thinking it might be easier to draw with CAD and Visio. In some ways it is and in others it isn't. Would I buy it again? Probably not, unless I needed to conserve space. That's really what it is ideal at, since you don't have to move the mouse (just the thumb ball).

My first was wired then they started coming out with wireless. Nice and easy. My office gave me a mouse for the computer and within 4 days I was going crazy trying to find the spot on the desk for the mouse to move. Now just rest my hand on the mouse and roll my thumb. How easy is that.
