Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After purchasing the Logitech ERGO M575 Wireless Trackball, I was able to install it for my Brother MFC-L2710DW printer, which performs correctly using either USB cable or WiFi. I use it in the WiFi wireless mode on my Windows 10 machine. However, when I try to download and launch the Logitech Options software to allow customization of the Trackball keys, I get the message No Devices Detected, even though the Trackball is installed and my printer is powered on and operational. Logitech Options software fails to install.

I can't stand laptop touch & tap panels because they're so prone to mistakes, and rowing a mouse when space is limited isn't an option either. Why not just place your hand atop a trackball and gently move your thumb and fingers? Logitech trackballs are the answer!
