I ended up getting joint pains in my thumb....But please keep in mind that I was using this 9hrs a day, 6 days a week(office job). But using this an hr or even a couple of hrs a day is not bad whats soo ever...Great purchase!

Can't tell difference from the M570 model

I don't know why this model is $20 more than the M570. They both feel the same and I can't tell the difference. A little bit of research online states that the M575 is slightly bigger than the M570. The store I bought this was out of the M570 and will take a couple of days to get it so I had to buy this model.
