The build quality is what most would expect at this price point. My 2 star rating is based on two considerable issues I experienced. First and most importantly it is extremely hard to control to control the mouse cursor using your thumb if you have any amount of finger tremor. For example, if your hand shakes at all after having caffeine then you are going to have a miserable and frustrating time trying to control the mouse cursor. (Conversely, I found a trackball design that relies on the index finger is easier to use because you can use your index and second finger to control the cursor.) Secondly, I found the Bluetooth connection to be unreliable. The connection often stuttered or in some instances just stopped working. I am returning the mouse for these two main reasons.

I use it on a computer that doesn't get a lot of use. After a few min I am not able to move the mouse and when it moves it jumps. I have played with settings, new battery, blow out optic and cleaned the ball. I have also remove the usb, shut it down and reconnect. I have shut the computer down to reboot. SAME THING. I also own 2 of the M570 all with the same problem on a seperate computer. I emailed tech support and they said they don't have issues with this. I guess they don't read customer reviews. I wish they made this with a cable.
