The ERGO M575 is the most responsive and adjustable for my preferences. I hope that Logitech will adapt it to Windows 11.

The better mouse

Posted .The ERGO M575 sounds comfortable! Trackballs can be a great ergonomic option, but they are not for everyone.

Use them on all my devices. Many of the dark gray M570s. Two K750 solar keyboards, and more. What can I say. We are nerds. Saw this ERGO M575 when walking around at Best Buy one day checking out stuff. Had to have it. I have a cool skin on the back of my Surface Pro (also purchased from BB, before the new CEO started destroying the customer experience). The Surface Pro skin is white with pastel flowers painted on it. The M575 trackball mouse is white with the blue trackball. It matches perfectly. As I use the surface pro for my primary device for writing my novels, it is used almost daily. Nice to have a "pretty" device to look at while writing. Almost muse-like to be surrounded by beauty while writing. Even if the book has some death and destruction in it. But such is life, eh? :-) It works seamlessly. The software is plug and play. Every now and then I have to pop the ball out to clean the little nubs. Battery lasts forever. No problems whatsoever. And, on a little side note. There is an online retail store where you can order different color trackballs to swap them out. Bought one for my hubby who has a M575 too. He had to buy one after seeing mine. Now if BB would only get rid of this new CEO. She is destroying everything I used to come to BB for. *sigh* And my husband and I are each Elite or Elite Plus members nearly every year. While the mouse is great. I would consider getting it elsewhere when I get another. My husband did.

It takes a bit to get the hang of it if you're not used to it. I had carpel tunnel, had surgery and this mouse helps a lot. I recommend this to anyone with carpel tunnel.
