After purchasing the Logitech ERGO M575 Wireless Trackball, I was able to install it for my Brother MFC-L2710DW printer, which performs correctly using either USB cable or WiFi. I use it in the WiFi wireless mode on my Windows 10 machine. However, when I try to download and launch the Logitech Options software to allow customization of the Trackball keys, I get the message No Devices Detected, even though the Trackball is installed and my printer is powered on and operational. Logitech Options software fails to install.

I like this product for two reasons. First, the ability to connect blue tooth so you don’t need to use USB to connect. Second, you dont need a large area to move around.

I've used Logitech trackballs for years, and the ERGO M575 model is just as exceptional as any. I can't stand laptop touch & tap panels because they're so prone to mistakes, and rowing a mouse when space is limited isn't an option either. Why not just place your hand atop a trackball and gently move your thumb and fingers? Logitech trackballs are the answer!

This mouse is FANTASTIC!!! It feels great in my hand, and is comfortable to use for as long as I am at the computer. This is the second time I have purchased this device - the first was 8 years ago, and that mouse is still working! I bought a second computer, and without hesitation, bought the same mouse to go with it. I’m definitely happy with the Ergo M575!

I have used a trackball from Logitech for many years. It is nice that this one has a Bluetooth option.

I use the trackball every day and love it because I don't have to move it like a mouse which is very clumsy and needs a space to move the mouse around to make the necessary locations on the monitor for the commands you need in your work.

I rework of the M570, overall its good, aesthetically an improvement, I did not test it but I feel the range improved slightly over previous unit (or my M570 could have lost range). Trackball movement however is not as smooth as older model. Still this is my favorite mouse/trackball device for Home Theater PC if within 10 ft of PC (use an extension to get better range - need to get transmitter away from PC's and TVs electromagnetic fields) and my favorite for using laptop in recliner (no flat surface needed)

I had one of these years ago when the ball was red. This one was not smooth. There is a weird feel to the ball, like it's grainy. I don't think it's supposed to feel that way. Other than that, the connection is good (fingers crossed it stays that way) I appreciate that this is bluetooth.

Easy to use. I would for sure recommend this product.

I had the same wired Logitech trackball for longer than I can remember, and when I had to finally get a new one, this was the perfect option! Classic style that fits perfectly under my hand. Excellent scrolling, clicking and ball movement.
