The roller ball mice are supposed to be the best type of mouse for ergonomics, and this one is well made and another quality device from Logitech. Unifying received means you can add other Logitech Unifying devices to it without eating up precious USB ports.

I work from home & my profession requires me to be on the computer for 10+ hours a day. Over the last few years, I've developed an extreme sensitivity in my right hand - the mouse that I had previously is your generic mouse, but my hand would start to tingle as my shifts would progress. After I purchased this mouse, it was a game changer! Keep in mind - it does take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is the one of the best purchases I had ever made.

I found it easy to use. The design made it comfortable for my hands and arm as I use the mouse a lot in my line of work.

Easy to set up with Bluetooth, and immediately made a positive impact on wrist pain. Overall happy with this mouse. I had another one but it broke within the first year. I hope this one lasts longer.

I absolutely love using this mouse! It takes some getting used to, but the trackball moves nice and smooth. It makes navigating across multiple screens super easy. Essentially, it reduces the amount of wrist movement needed, and it's helped reduce soreness in the wrist by a lot. I liked it so much, I ended up buying 2 more.

The mouse great, easy to use and fit better in my hand comparing to an older model that I had (not moving correctly any more).

Excellent mouse for the price. The ergonomic ball was odd to get use to for the first couple days, but after that it has definitely helped overall with my ergonomics. Great for working 8 hour days.

The fine repetitive movement using the traditional mouse started to take a toll on my wrist. Ever since I changed over to this mouse the pain has totally gone away... night and day. Some reviewer commented on the trackball getting dirty (from eating while working). An easy pop out of the trackball (push the ball from below the mouse), wiping it with a soft cloth or paper towel) and snapping the ball back into the mouse make it good as new. I am going to consider getting the ergo keyboard once I do some more research

This is a great device. Logitech makes top notch products. I have an older version that I use often in a space where a mouse will not work. This one has bluetooth capabililty, which is an added bonus. I bought this one to pair with my laptop when I am on the road. Makes life easier.

Reliable thumb-roller mouse. Easy to use in limited space. Only downside is that the contact do wear out after a while so you have to get a new mouse.

For years, I have sworn by the Logitech M570 trackball mouse. But with the use mine get, the nub supports in the ball socket would wear a bit resulting in a less then stuttering performance. I was hesitant to try this Ergo M575. However, I was wrong. The M575 is a bit larger than the M570 which fits my hand better. The buttons have a better feel to them when you click them. And the ball is super smooth in its movement. A bonus is, this mouse connects either via bluetooth or with the Logitech unifying receiver. I am happy surprised.

Great Mouse selection, small and ergonomic!!!!!!!!

Compared to M570. ERGO M575 is larger but the M570 fit my smaller hand better and was more comfortable. Given time and use I have gotten use to the size difference but not still not as comfortable, The finger and thumb movements same, The battery switch moved to bottom and not as easy to switch ON/OFF. Added bottom light for unifying receiver. M575 is trackball very responsive and I believe the marble range of movement increased due to not seated as deep as the M570.

Newer design but very similar to the reliable older model. I’ve been using this type of trackball for many years and the style is perfect for me. You don’t need a mousepad or a large space to move a mouse around. You can use this on the desk next to your computer or on the arm of a chair or even from your lap. Your thumb and one finger does everything you need. If you a bit more, there is a more expensive model that also has tilt functionality to ease any mobility issues or better help the joints in your wrist. Logitech has great products!

I’ve been using Logitech trackballs since the 90’s. They continue to be exceptional devices. I have 4 of these and they are all used on different systems. You sometimes forget they are battery powered because the battery life is so good. Precision and speed is also great even for gaming in FPS, etc. regardless of the DPi vs gaming mice. If you have a great monitor with no input lag and high frequency, you will see what I mean.

I recently bought a 're-furb' logitech trackball. The one I replaced was 8ish years old, I'm thinking I wont buy another one for at least 7 years. Would I reccomend this to friends/family? OH HECK YES!! Ordering online was very easy, the only hiccup was with the delivery. They said two days timeframe, it arrived in less than twenty four hours. A very pleasant surprise.

Great trackball. My daily driver mouse. I've used the previous model M570 for about 10 years and loved it. Since it was discontinued with the M575 as the replacement I didn't think I'd like switching. But after a few days and getting over the feeling of a difference it is great. Going back to the M570 at all feels more cumbersome.
