    Had exactly 13 months and the mic started cutting out. Now they won't power on at all. Disappointed because I bought all logitech peripherals to work with GHub and now i'm down a headset.

    Microphone is very sensitive and will pick up audio from headphones. Not sure if it was just a specific case but tried looking online and they said this model does do that. Would not recommend for intense sound sensitivity gaming like FPS and trying to hear footsteps.

    This headset is tight! I mean literally tight! I don’t have a big head but I have chronic migraines and the way these headphones sit on my head I tried them on at home, brought them immediately back to the store. Super tight fit behind the ears for some reason and was not comfortable for any length of duration of wear which is super disappointing because Logitech is a very good brand, I am a huge fan of their mice and other headsets from them. This was a no from me. I would have gone with their wireless white headset that was lightweight and comfortable but my job requires wired headphones specifically.

    Decent headphones, Faulty USB Connection.

    They worked well... until they didn't. It has a connection problem where the usb connects to the headphones. Over time if you move your head at all it will disconnect your headphones. I looked it up and it is a very common problem with these headphones.

    Must have had these for a couple weeks before I was getting all sorts of connectivity issues. Honesty though it was the audio port in my PC. Got a HyperX headset as a replacement and so far haven’t had any issues with that one.

    This was my 10yr old son's first item on his Christmas list. He was so excited to finally have headphones with a mic. On Christmas day, the first day he got to use them--he was so excited and happy to play and talk to his friends, until day 2. The mic just stopped working completely. He was no longer happy and just discouraged. His older sister and I tried to see if we can figure it out or maybe he was doing something wrong. But the mic just does not work at all. This is so disappointing as I took the time to read through many different models and reviews, where this one appeared to be the best! I was sadly mistaken.

    The Logitech G432 surround sound gaming headset fits nicely and is comfortable to wear for extended period of times. My ears did get a bit warm but it didn’t bother me too much. Sound while using them will vary from what device you are using. For example, the Switch sounds pretty good, and I can adjust the volume on the switch itself and even more on the headphones. When I was playing on the Xbox One or PS4, I could only adjust the audio with the headphones and they were not that loud. Sound bleed from the outside is pretty bad with these and I was trying to play PS4 in a loud environment and I could barely hear the sounds of the game. They do seem to get a lot louder when being used with a computer or phone. This is where they really shine and the 7.1 surround sound can be heard fully that way. The 3.5mm cable is a good length and is hard wired into the headphones. Which could be a bummer if you have a damaged cable and you would have to throw these away. The microphone works well and my friend on the other side of the skype call I tested said that he could hear me very well with no feedback. I was able to mute the microphone by simply folding it up and out of the way. I do like these and the price that they are make them a pretty good deal, but for a little more you can get more options with their other offerings.

    If you have read my reviews about audio systems, you will recognize that I am very meticulous about sound quality. I admit that I usually do not pay too much attention to audio when I am gaming because I usually am more interested in the sound effects than in the quality. That being said, I was a bit surprised with the quality of the audio of the G635. My interest in them was more because the 7.1 surround, which can make many games more interesting. Audio quality using a PC and three games proved to be richer than I expected. The effects did not disappoint either. Overall comfort was beyond my expectation but I was bothered by the fact that I could see them with my peripheral vision no matter how much I adjusted them on my head. Most people would probably not notice it but I did. Not a deal breaker. They are very light considering the size and the USB cord is very flexible and helps with the comfort. My experience was very similar when connected to a PS4 or Nintendo Switch. All a pleasing experience although I liked them better on the PC. The design is not bad and the light effects are also fun but I do not think of them as a beautiful thing to put over my ears. I keep in mind though that they were designed for gaming and I do not really care about how pretty they look when I am just having fun.

    It’s ok for few weeks then the usb wire that connect to ur head set loose every time. So you will loose sounds during the game. U have to disconnect and reconnect it again. FYI this is my 2nd time bought this

    It's a really nice headset, and does good for a good while. However mine has started having connection issues after half a year and I don't know if it's the headset, wire, or port on the headset.

    The headphones are quite comfortable and work well with my prescription glasses. They fit my rather large cranium without maxing out the adjustment. They are well made and the ear cups are comfortable on my ears, something most headphones aren't. I'm able to leave them on for an extended amount of time. I used these on my Windows 10 pc and they sound great. The mic works well with Dragon Naturally Speaking and the speakers work well with iTunes and gaming on Twitch. The reason I docked it one star is that they sound awful when used with my Onkyo receiver. I recently bought the receiver for my home theater because I needed new HDMI's with the 2.2 update. I thought it would sound great with the 7.1. I tried phono, cd's, iheartradio and other apps. Either I don't have a setting right or they just don't work with audio equipment and are for consoles and pcs. Not sure, but I was really bummed when the sound wasn't close to usable. Anyhow, if you are in need of a decent low priced gaming headset w/ mic, this might be the one for you. It really depends on how picky you are about the construction. If you don't mind lots of plastic, as I don't, then I say go for it. I'd recommend these to most average gamers/users.
