Simply put I needing something to keep for my switch. Played a few games and really like the volume....much better than thw switch external speakers. Sounds really clear and battel modes had me jumping while playing. Didn't know you could have some much fun with stereo only headset....very good and light weight zero complaints for long usage but cords will be cords.

First impressions out of the box - lightweight headset made of textured plastic with soft edges. I put the headset on and the padding on the ear covers are soft however its not thick memory foam and i can see this wearing over time. The headset is adjustable but only adjusts to less than an inch in length, so if you have a long face or head may not be comfortable or adjust to fit. The top of the head set there is a strap made of elastic sport mesh that rests on top of my head which adds additional comfort. Easy set up to start gaming immediately. Adjustment of mic - flexible mic and easy mute by moving upward. Comfort - I used the headset with my xbox one and played grand theft auto, forza and halo. The longest time worn was 10hrs straight and they were still comfortable for a wired set. I like it when you dont notice that you have a headset on. Clarity - extremely clear voice and impressive sound, no delay in sound or voice. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable gaming headset with impressive sound and clear voice this is a great headset at a very good price point. Great for kids.

I purchased this headset to use with my landline phone. I was advised I would need an adapter. I purchased the headset, ordered the adapter online. When I attached both to my landline phone I only got sound out of one ear. I tried to return it to the Algonquin, Illinois store 6/9/22 only to be told it was past the 14 day return policy. I have never heard of a 14 day return policy. I am very disappointed. Best Buy has lost at least 3 longtime customers as we will be sharing this with others.

I’m a veteran user of this frame. This design comes directly from the G733 series and it’s highly welcome. Any apprehension you may have about the construction should be checked at the door. These are built to be lightweight (38 grams lighter than the G733’s) and ready for long term use with a focus on comfort and the design delivers over and over. The price is just right too. What you are getting for almost half of their wireless counterparts’ cost is tremendous. The long-term comfort of the near identical frame/style and sound quality from the same sized 40mm drivers that operate in the same frequency range is well worth the price point. These are practically a steal considering just those factors alone. The added mute option when you flip up the mike is just an added bonus.

Had a lot of static and crackling thought it might be the y splitter jack so got a new one and that wasn’t the issue. Wasn’t able to make it back to Best Buy with their 2 week return policy. Waste of money. Updated drivers and everything else I could find on the internet. Trash headphones.

Got these to pair with a USB XBOX One Controller that also has Dolby Atmos and so far very impressed. They not only look very slick but they are very light making them comfortable for those multi-hour gaming sessions. The audio comes through very clear and chat via the microphone is crystal clear with no one having issues hearing me when playing COD or any other games. Even though they are light weight they still feel sturdy and as if they should hold up over time. Overall very happy with these and also the different color options make them a good choice for my daughter's as well when they need a new set of gaming headphones.

Mouse only fits for certain people i couldn’t even where it

This headset is extremely light and comfortable. The ear cups deaden outside sound very well, and are extremely soft. Sound quality is clear and crisp. Really nice that they included the 3.5 splitter inside the package. The only worry I have is that the mic arm seems like it would be relatively easy to break. The movement is easy and smooth, but almost feels too easy to snap. Otherwise, pretty really good though.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got these headphones. I am a gamer, and use a sound card as well for gaming because I am also an audiophile. I wasn't expecting top notch audio quality and stunning surround sound, but the only thing that these headphones had lacking was any bass. These are very focused on the higher frequencies such as 15khz+, I mean they have a frequency response rate up to 100khz which is pretty high. It doesn't suit my taste when gaming, it makes everything sound thin and tin like and I don't like that. I want to be immersed in the sound content. I get why they do it, but it's not for me. The microphone on the headset is good, pretty clear quality with no issues and you can move it up when not using. Comfort wise, they are pretty comfortable. The headband is very comfortable and they have a cool fabric design. The ear cups, I would not say are the most comfortable things in the world, but I can go a couple hours without too much fatigue. I have had more comfortable headsets that I could wear for much longer.

Price/performance is much below the bar, i wish i had the opportunity to test in the store

Sounds quality on this unit is excellent. Deep bass and great surround quality as well. Additionally, the elastic head band makes it very comfortable to wear and the ear pads provide additional lasting comfort. A great addition to both my pc and gaming uses!

This is a great headset honestly. I picked this product because I really wanted a mic that flipped up to mute. It's really comfortable and has great audio. The material isn't cheap and flimsy. Very satisfied with my purchase.

sound quality is terrible, needs a equalizer for balance. would not recommend for MMOFPS games.

Very comfortable and great audio, but when the plug in part is wiggled, it gives bad/loud feedback!
