    One of the side buttons doesn’t work, not that I use it playing games too much, it’s just kind’ve annoying. Definitely saw my aim get instantly better from my old mouse though. I gave three star because of the side button thing.

    This mouse is good for a low to intermediate priced mouse. Logitech seems to make good products. The good thing about a wired mouse is that it doesn’t need charging, but it also means the cable can affect performance at times.

    Nice shape but overall disappointed with it. Scroll wheel felt loose and not accurate. Exchanged for the G Pro Wireless and wow the quality difference is amazing.

    Bad Drivers from Logitech

    Mouse would go inoperable every 3-5 minutes. And I would have to hit control/alt/delete and it would come back to life. Spent 16 hours over a weekend to fix. Deleted, reinstalled, installed GHUb from logitech, uninstalled GHub from logitech, reinstalled Ghub form logitech and on and on. Found stream on web of people experiencing the same followed there advice and erased from system and replaced with different brand and problem solved minus the day in my life I will never get back.

    Selecting text intermittently

    Left mouse button defective. Stopped selecting text correctly. I thought it was a software issue. But then I switched the main button to the right and everything works fine. Trying to return it by mail but it looks like if you picked it up in store they won't let you request a label. Not an easy experience.

    Logitech quality has taken a dive

    This mouse worked out great at first, then a couple months down the road I noticed the left click started double-clicking often. Only had about a few months of use from it until I decided to replace it with a Razer Mamba Elite. I used to be loyal to Logitech, but I’ve been finding myself having to replace a product I bought from them every few months after use. Stay away!

    Was Ehh at best

    Bought this bad boy late September of 2019 mainly for the size and because I had a good experience with Logitech products up to these last two mice. (see G502 hero for other review) I didn't have problems right away with this one but they developed in January (remember making a comment about christmas present should have been a new mouse) The problems weren't as bad as with the G502 but they slowly built up until April when I had enough and bought new. The main problem is with the Right Mouse Button, and it just wouldn't click but when it did it at least held them when ADSing. (unlike the G502) I gave Logitech 2 chances with these mice and have to say I lost faith in them. I'll buy again in the future after my new mouse I order gives up to give them a 3rd and final shot with these mice.

    I wouldn't recommended for non-gamers because it is way too sensitive. Ergonomic design is good.

      Hello RocketQueen19! Sorry to hear the sensitivity of the G403 Hero Wired Optical Mouse was a bit too high for you. The good news is you can actually adjust the mouse sensitivity from 100 DPI all the way to 16000 DPI with the help of our free Logitech G Hub software, which you can download here https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html. Once you've installed the software, connect your mouse to your PC, click on the image of your G403 in G Hub, then in the setting to the left, you'll see an option for sensitivity, and you'll be able to easily adjust it to your liking. - Mathieu from Logitech

    Can’t survive one harsh drop as I am an angwee gamer with epic tons of gamer rage, must be more durable to account for my gamer rage

    Worked great for about a year , suddenly the left clicker no longer registers sometimes. Just used for normal work for home use so i expected better quality.

    Mouse design, feel, and rgb is nice. Its been about 11 months now, of about average office style use, no gaming. The left click button is now sporadically unclicking and reclicking when using it. This issue is starting to make computer use very annoying. I had a similar issue with another Logitech mouse, but after 2 years of use. There is a 2 year warranty, but this seems to be an issue with whatever switch Logitech uses in their mice. I will be replacing this with something else. Waste of money.

    Pass on Logitech and Razer

    Would be a perfect mouse for me if Logitech ever upgrades the switches I’ll give it a go. Purchased numerous of these for me and wife. MMO games must chew these up, never had a modern Logitech last a full year before double click or miss click problems. Logitech support takes care of warranty after you fill out a report and take video and post to YouTube. Kind of a waste either way.
