Honestly, one of the best headphones I've used. Fantastic audio and surround sound capabilities. Great for spacial awareness in games. Crisp and very clear microphone audio comparable to having a standalone microphone.

When I first started using these, my left ear would hurt just a bit. It doesn't hurt anymore now and it's the only reason why I rate this a 4 star. Now that I can use them without any discomfort I have 0 problems with this product.

This headset is very much worth the price. Logitech generally makes a good product and this is no exception. You must remember to install the software - even though the documentation didn't mention it.

Bought these for my husband as a surprise & he absolutely loves them! So much, that I see him about an hour a day when he decides to come out of his virtual reality for some real food, water & bathing essentials. Guess I really hit the nail on the head with these!

Two of my kids got these for Christmas. They were both very happy and seem to have no complaints. They use them for their playstation 4. I am also happy because I no longer have to listen to the incessant rattling of gunfire from fortnite or black ops. Lol

A lot of my friends and reviews had me decide on these budget headphones. Without using the onboard sound card that come with these, they sound like trash. When you do use it, it sounds really good. But way too quiet. There's no way to fix this. Many users have the same issue. I had to return them the next day after hours of troubleshooting. And yeah, I did the driver updates. Every other set of headphones I own do not have issues.

These are pretty good headphones for the price they pay for them I would suggest to get a warranty they like to brag easily

Bought this headset a few months ago. Not 100% noise canceling but it definitely quiets some of the background noise. Only thing I would say is a negative is if you wear them too long they can get hot on the ears.

I actually ended up returning these and getting a different headset. I found them to be very comfortable, but heavier than some of the competitors at a similar price range.

This item was sold to me for my Xbox one as a 7.1 Dolby surround, however, the 7.1 doesn’t work with Xbox one only pc.

Works well for the computer and Xbox one. Had to buy an adapter for the Xbox One though. If you use Discord (online chat app) you'll run into issues. My friends complained that they were getting terrible feedback.

Good sound and it serves it's purpose. Only con is the plastic is creaky and cheap, but if that doesn't bother you then this is good for it's value!

Returned this immediately after purchase. Could never get it to work with my PC. I usually love Logitech products but this one just didn't work.

had to return for the one that I bought for my friend on his birthday because I decided to buy other thing but I have the same one and it still holds pretty well and for the price, the sound quality isn't too bad

These have worked for grandson, age 9. So they would work well for younger users. I personally haven’t used them but we haven’t heard any complaints.

I bought this for a great price on sale and for most, I believe it would be a great value. For me, I consider the audio to sound as bad as a cheap $15 headphone but with extra bass. The Mic sounded cheap and super compressed. Using a cheap stand alone mic and any decent headphone would give you a better result than this headset. For the price, on sale, I would recommend to any kid or anyone who really doesn't care too much about audio/mic quality. But if you do ANY sort of recording (YT/Twitch) or music listening, skip this one.

Bought these for my two sons based on the positive reviews. Upon examination, I concluded this product isn't properly designed for significant gaming usage as the plastic parts in the swivel assembly develop stress fractures. With continued use, the fractures get larger until the headset just falls apart. They failed at nearly the same time within a year of purchase. The product has a three-year warranty. We'll see if Logitech honors it.

So far, it's an awesome upgrade from the cheap one I had before, and my only complaints so far are that the mic is kinda loose, and that it went on sale for half off a couple of weeks after I bought it

This headset is just like the "Logitech G230 Stereo Gaming Headset" the only differences being the usb sound card and the color. If you don't already have a sound card this is a great head set expecialy for the price.
