Product so bad Best buy would not take it back

Sound is muffled and is made for a kid not adult. I tried to return this to Best Buy today and they would not take it. So I left it on the counter walked out and had my Best Buy credit card canceled. Product is fail and Best Buy lost this customer forever.

This headphone just doesn't sound that great, for either gaming or music. There are better options out there. Surprised, as usually like all of Logitech's products. Not horrible, but to expensive given the lackluster sound quality.

Headphones

But hours of googling and trying different things we still could not get it to work. The fit nice, but I think I just got a dud set.

Luckily I also got the warranty! He has now had to have them replaced twice because they were faulty. We have now exchanged them for a different brand.
