I love Logitech but this was definitely a miss. It’s bulky and the sound quality is average.

In the description says it can be used for Xbox. When you plug it into your Xbox you can only hear what they are saying you cannot say anything back. I tried to buy an adapter for it on this very site and trying to find one is ridiculous. If you put in the search bar all they give you is more headsets, no adapters.

Sound isn't that good in games. Mic isn't that clear . wish I never bought them but now I'm stuck

Didn’t work well....son had troubles with them for gaming.

I have had two of these. The first one broke. There is a plastic casing that houses a swivel joint between the band and earpiece. The casing cracked and the headphone was no longer wearable. Fortunately it broke within the one year manufacturers warranty and Best Buy replaced it for me free of charge when I brought it in. I went ahead and got the Geek Squad protection after that. Outside of that the sound quality is good and the set remains comfortable after being worn for long periods. It loses a star only because the plastic casing cracked.

Do not buy it. The software does not work anymore with the headsets. I purchased it because I had a pair of these a few years ago and they worked wonderfully. I purchased these again and downloaded the software and the mic was not working anymore.

you hear the feedback from your own voice in headset they're not very comfortable the g432 is a much Superior set unfortunately on that set the audio went out after 48 hours not real happy with Logitech right now

I trashed it. Almost lost my job teaching on line because of so many complaints by parents about my voice not keeping a steady volume if any at all. Went back to my old head set.

Bought this for my son, he usually takes care of his things. The right side earphone support arm broke leaving the speaker dangling. Replaced it with a Corsair Void, it uses metal instead of cheap plastic.

I bought these to use with my PS4 but have returned several pairs because they do not work. The mic either never works or stops working after using tge mute button. Yes, I did unmute the headphones, but they stopped working.

I was immediately concerned when I bought this headset because the girl at the store said that the mic and headphone were in the same cord. I was planning on hooking it up to the PS4 controller like the headset that came with the PS4 system. I was about to pack it up and return it and then I took a shot and hooked up the 2 cords to the USB and then stuck it in the front of the PS4 and was like "what the heck maybe it will work" and it works perfectly! Furthermore, it hooks up plug and play with the PS4 and it doesn't put strain on the batery of the controller running directly into the system. VERY happy with this purchase they look amazing as well and like I said they are probably the most comfortable feeling on the ears I've ever felt on a gaming headset (especially for under 100 bucks) Great buy, I guess you could say it's the "Best" buy? rofl corny puns aside, I highly recommend this product.

Really long chord can easily be caught in a chair's wheel 2. drivers (not to bad to deal with) 3. Economic purchase 4. can sometimes automatically drop it's sound to the lowest possible which can be fixed by launching the Logitech Gaming Software program 5.cable getting caught in the chair might cause the sound to go out in one ear like it just has for me I plan on buying me this same headset again within the week.
