Key word, WHILE, it starts bugging like killing itself, it turns into transparency mode and whenever you switch it to normal it goes back within a few minutes, suddenly it does not connect both audio and speaker you can only choose one. I bought this one about a week and half ago and it has already an issue with the right side of the headset you can hear radio-type noises in the background when the volume is low.

Why am I giving them one star? Because they have this literally game breaking flaw. They shut off automatically when you are in the middle of gaming. I've researched this online and apparently they feature an auto-shutoff when there is no detected activity. For some reason when playing games these gaming headphones don't detect noise and they may shut off after 30 minutes. Sometimes it doesn't happen and it is great. But too often it does. It is infuriating when you are in the middle of an intense battle and *bleep* ...no sound. There is still no fix and it is well documented online. I've tried the many fixes and even windows acknowledges this in their troubleshooting forum. Nothing has worked.

I bought a headset from Razer and ended up having to return TWICE because they wouldn't work for me and I was actually giving up on finding a good headset. It sometimes is a little confusing to operate but for the price these are good quality. I think the only thing is I have to turn the volume up every single time I turn it on. It doesn't just stay on the one setting that you chose. I also love the purple-blue color even though I was looking for a pink headset.
