Causing Hesitation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whenever I use these, video playback on my desktop suffers massive buffering problems, to the point where, in order to watch anything YouTube (for instance), I have to disconnect this and go back to my plug-in headphones. I can't recommend this personally, because it's not working for me. It may work for others.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the usb plugged and when I need to head out I just hold a button to swap over to Bluetooth and automatically connect to my phone . No need to be switching headphones

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing. You can't beat the value and the price. Word of advice if you hit mute it turns on side tone, which is when you hear everything in your room in the headphones.
I would recommend this to a friendCheap quality but cheaper price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good value if you want a cheap wireless headset. But since it is cheap it is reflected in the audio and build quality. If you want the nostalgia of early elementary computer class I would recommend them for that.

Decent Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love these headphones, id have no problems with them and they’re quite comfortable. However, they are pretty quiet when compared to headphones i used before, so i usually have to turn it up a little more while playing games.

I would recommend this to a friend Do not recommend
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. Would not connect to the switch like it says it will. I even took the headset back 3 times, getting a different pair, hoping maybe the last ones were faulty. But nope, none of them would work. Then I went in store and asked for help, the young kids working didn’t even help. They told me I had to go online and install and update.. but wouldn’t do it instore even though I’ve been to bestbuy 3 times! An update or a brand new device, that I had to use a computer with! Get out of here. Do not recommend. Highly disappointed.

Posted .Hello Recommend! Sorry to hear the G435 Wireless Dolby Atmos Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset did not work out of the box like you were hoping it would. The reason why the Headset is not already compatible with the Nintendo Switch out of the box is because Nintendo released the firmware update for the Nintendo Switch allowing Bluetooth Headsets to work with the console after the G435 Headsets were manufactured, and therefore the update tool was released to the Logitech website after that. You can easily download and install the G435 Update Tool from this location: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407898529687-Download-G435-Gaming-Headset - Mathieu from Logitech
