Battery length is awesome and sound quality is great. I have had two different wireless headsets for my computer and so far this is the best. Only time will tell how much the battery falls off and doesn't keep a charge long.

Great for gaming and using as a bluetooth headset. One of the few that I found that could do both. Easy to switch switch by holding the mute button for a few seconds. Mic is okay but you can hear background noise.

The setup process was easy and when I take calls, it sends clear. Also, it is easy to turn the volume up and down and the mute button is within reach. For the price they do the job.

If yes, try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source or test with a different PC, Mac or mobile device. These headphones can connect to a video game system with either Bluetooth or you can plug in a usb receiver in your system and it’ll connect through that instead of Bluetooth but neither one connected and after nearly 2 hours of trying I just gave up and returned it for a better one (Sony Pulse 3D Headset) that only cost $20 more.

Long story short the audio was very spotty. We had to change the usb port a few times per day to try and resolve the audio cutting in and out. Ultimately returned them.
