Posted .Hello, VicV! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the G435 headset! In order to use your headset on your PS5, you will need to plug the Lightspeed USB receiver into one of the USB ports on your PS5. Then, on your headset, make sure that it is in Lightspeed mode (cyan) and not Bluetooth mode (dark blue) by holding down the "mute mic" button until the light changes color. If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim. The G435 has a 2-year limited hardware warranty. Thank you for the feedback! I hope these suggestions fix your issue. - Maggie from Logitech G
Good headset for work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset for my job and it works beautifully. The setup process was easy and when I take calls, it sends clear. Also, it is easy to turn the volume up and down and the mute button is within reach. For the price they do the job.
