The ONLY feature that is supposed to make this headset worth it despite that is the sound limiter(85 decibels) especially for children's ears. But according to multiple review testers even that feature doesn't work(exceeds 85 decibels with the limiter on).

Almost no padding in the headband because it doesnt need it. You can hardly feel it on your head. Bottom of the barrel sound quality. Good enough for average listening. Not good for gaming (footsteps, soft sounds, etc.) Good for a cheap, average needs headset.

Posted .Hello, Marlon! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the G435 headset! To pair this headset with your PS4 you will want to use the included USB receiver. Then make sure you push the power button for at least 1.5 seconds. The LED should turn cyan once connected to the receiver. If you have already tried this, you'll want to make sure that your G435 is set to Lightspeed. You can do this by holding the "Mute" button for at least 3 seconds. Robotic and Choppy Microphone Audio

Cuts out often and sounds robotic. I went back to a plug in headset after discovering that. Very disappointed, as I have good reviews on other Logitech products I own.

The sound quality isn't all that great, but what do you expect? I do expect them to last at least a year though.
