      Hello, VicV! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the G435 headset! In order to use your headset on your PS5, you will need to plug the Lightspeed USB receiver into one of the USB ports on your PS5. Then, on your headset, make sure that it is in Lightspeed mode (cyan) and not Bluetooth mode (dark blue) by holding down the "mute mic" button until the light changes color. If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim.     Very upset because I bought it because it says it can be sync with a Nintendo switch but of course it did not work so please don't buy this. Why do you say that that's what if you can do if it can't do that make people spend money they don't have that's not good

    This one has all the features we wanted (bluetooth, wireless, hidden mic). Bought this on the 4th of December. By last week my kid is telling me the audio is turning into static. Couple days later and now kids friends can barely hear her through the mic. Try another brand
