The setup process was easy and when I take calls, it sends clear. Also, it is easy to turn the volume up and down and the mute button is within reach. For the price they do the job.

These headphones can connect to a video game system with either Bluetooth or you can plug in a usb receiver in your system and it’ll connect through that instead of Bluetooth but neither one connected and after nearly 2 hours of trying I just gave up and returned it for a better one (Sony Pulse 3D Headset) that only cost $20 more.

If yes, try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source or test with a different PC, Mac or mobile device. Long story short the audio was very spotty. We had to change the usb port a few times per day to try and resolve the audio cutting in and out. Ultimately returned them.

Audio works fine but due to Switch limitations mic doesn't work. USB dongle not compatible with Switch. Title and product page is misleading and should mentioned this.

I do not have much to say but to those who buy this product, do not expect these headphones to have a wired mode for listening and usage. The USB wire is for charging the headphones only.
