Awful audio quality

Not for Nintendo switch

Watched a video about how to do an update to software and still didn't work on Nintendo switch. I give it 2 stars because it does work on playstation and Xbox but built in mic isn't as good as advertised. You can still hear outside noise.

Posted .Hello, VicV! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the G435 headset! In order to use your headset on your PS5, you will need to plug the Lightspeed USB receiver into one of the USB ports on your PS5. Then, on your headset, make sure that it is in Lightspeed mode (cyan) and not Bluetooth mode (dark blue) by holding down the "mute mic" button until the light changes color. If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim.
