Why do you say that that's what if you can do if it can't do that make people spend money they don't have that's not good

Bought this on the 4th of December. By last week my kid is telling me the audio is turning into static. Couple days later and now kids friends can barely hear her through the mic. Try another brand

I am sorry that the G435 is not working as expected. I suggest you update the firmware. Go to Logitech's website, and under support look for your device, then click on Downloads. Posted .Hello, Betty! I'm sorry to hear about your grandson's experience with the G435 headset! The headset's USB receiver should be in the top of the packaging with the USB-C charging cable. The G435 is also Bluetooth enabled. To put the G435 into pairing mode, push and hold the mute button on the base of the left ear cup until the light turns dark blue. Then, push and hold the mute and power buttons at the same time until the dark blue light starts blinking. Now it is ready to pair. You will want to be in the connection settings on the device your grandson wants it paired to.
