The battery dies so quick, doesn’t feel like 18 hours. I play at least 5 hours on work days and I’ve always had to charge it every night.

Save your money. This item was not worth it! Just spend the money on the real thing.

I let the cat out of the bag, these headphones are great for working from home or gaming. You can imagine they have a great feel but are very light so they will be comfortable for anyone to use for hours on end. I used these for conference calls and the built in mic is comfortable. It sounds great and does not protrude in front of my face. I like the USB C connector to charge and works great with my universal charger. Using the included dongle it is very plug and play with a lot of range, you won't be disappointed with these headphones. I was actually surprized that the sound was on par with a much more expensive pair of headphones and the sound delivers. It sounds loud enough and does not feel muffled or one dimensional. At this price point, there is no need or features needed to get any other headset. I got the black pair but there are fun colors available as well. The neon cable is there but does not over power things or make it look childlike. The battery on full charge has lasted great. Because they were over the ear, then it does not feel like it lacks noice cancelling, but helped to drown out ambient noises. I have tried a pair with wireless charging but then the battery does not charge as fast or last as long. You could pay more to get pretty lights but I am sure you will sacrifice qulaity or battery life which these headphones deliver both.

I didn't even try these out, bestbuy sent me a used headset priced as "new" returning these, I didn't pay for a nasty used headset

Thought this would be a good trial run at a decent cost for my kids gaming console. What a piece of junk.

Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is great, comfort is great, and material and look and feel is fantastic. The only qualm I have with this headset is that it's a bit too snug for me no matter how I adjust it, and that's not Logitech's fault, that's my head's fault. Honestly if it fit my head better, it wouldn't even feel like I have a headset on. It's so light and feels great to wear, but due to my big head I can't wear it for extended periods of time and it feels like my head is being squeezed... Tried this with my PC and PS5 and it works great for both. Nothing special or spectacular in terms of quality but it's still really good and not bad at all. Probably a great headset for a small person.

Would not connect to the pc nor the PS5 or PS4 so never got to hear the quality

Surprisingly lightweight as it weighs only 5.8 oz, which makes it comfortable to move your head back and forth since you won’t feel much. The ear cushions are soft. But comfort here is a mixed bag. There is no padding on the headband. Voice quality was great, specially considering that the mics are armless. I like that although I am so used to mic arms on gaming headsets that I keep reaching for the inexistant arm every time I start talking. Sound in general was good enough to feel immersed in the game to a certain extent. It lets outside sound in very easily, which can be a good or bad thing depending on whether you’re playing with friends on site. The drivers provide hi-fi balanced audio just as Logitech promises but that does not mean it is on par with high end headsets. It is good enough for most games. I am a big fan of Dolby Atmos as they can provide true surround audio experience and this headset is compatible. I did notice some difference in quality when using Bluetooth instead of Lightspeed. The latter performed better but although Bluetooth technology has gotten better, it is still not that great. It seems the Lightspeed adaptor does offer some improvement over Bluetooth. At least in my experience. It worked with my iPhone but since I use it mostly for music and phone calls, I can safely say I wouldn’t use it for music. Just keep in mind this is for gaming. I haven’t run out of battery yet even after playing for 6 hours non-stop and then about 4 and a half hours intermittently on the same charge. The LED still shows green, which means its charge was at least 31% full. I would say that you can safely play a whole day without worrying about running out of battery. The downside is that it looks and feels cheap. As I mentioned before, the headband doesn’t even have any padding. The only reason it is not very uncomfortable is due to its lightweight. Logitech, I like most of your gadgets and I can’t say I dislike this one completely since audio is good, but it was not designed for grown-ups, or at least it doesn’t look like it was. I would give it 4 stars for sound and weight, 3 stars for look and feel, and 2 for the headband. For the price, it is not a bad deal, so keep that in mind.

just spend the extra for something better, i hated it and just got the upgraded version instead
