The product is missing the usb part so my grandson can not use

BestBuy is incorrect! Even tho they list in the description they are for Nintendo Switch they not work. Look it up to verify! Got one sad kid now.

not the greatest headset of Logitech connection issues and issues staying powered on. spend the extra money and get a more expensive headset from Logitech.

Bought these and my husband didn’t care for them. He said he didn’t like they way the felt, and were not the most comfortable so I returned them and got something else.

What's the difference between headsets and headphones? A working mic! While my PC did show that the mic was working, this item is listed as a gaming "headset" for the Switch. That is not the case. It connects fine via bluetooth to the Switch but that's it. The usb dongle doesn't work so no voice chat. Also, the sound is kinda flat compared to other headsets and these are extremely light. That may be a plus to some, but it made them feel flimsy and easy to break. Will be returning

Item Did not come with the lightspeed usb dongle so its only good with other bluetooth devices and no able to use on ps4 or any other console

My Logitech G435 headset is so comfortable. It is so lightweight, and while I am used to a mic on the side of my face, the unobtrusive mike in the Logitech G435 is awesome. The mic is great, I am able to speak with a loud fan on in the background, and the people I speak with can't hear it. Finally, battery life is great. IT is supposed to last 18 hrs on a single charge, but I have yet to use it more than 10, and I charge it when finished. Either way, it should last an entire gaming session, easily.

It works but I’d say it’s very average and wouldn’t go out of my way to get anything else by this brand. It doesn’t feel very cheap

We purchased 2 of these for our kids for Christmas. It took forever to get them to connect just to update them. Forever to connect them to the Switch. And now the mic won’t even work for them in game. We tried everything. We are pretty tech savy people but we just cannot get these to work properly. Really wish they didn’t throw away the boxes so we could return them.

The mic is sensitive picking up my keystrokes and everything else around me. I have had to use push to talk when online gaming.

Very disappointed with this product. Did not work with Nintendo switch.

They do not hear any distortion, feedback, echoing or background noise which is great since there are usually people talking or other household noises in my background. The headphones themselves are very comfortable. They feel great on my ears and they do a good job of block out unwanted background noise. The sound delivered by these headphones will make you feel like you’re in the game. They will complete change the way you experience the games. Sounds and music seem to move around you as you progress through the game. It’s like nothing I’ve experienced before. Every step, every explosion, every creak in a board, you will notice it all in amazing clarity. The wireless signal is pretty good. I can move away from console to other nearby areas of the house without experiencing disruption in chat or game audio. This headset was easy to pair and sound fine. Sound was immersive for the price point and my friends could hear me well on the mic, but the unit feels flimsy and cheap. These have a pretty low price-point, but even controlling for price, they felt insubstantial. They were extremely comfortable to wear for long periods, but I'm not sure how long they will hold up, especially if you're rough on your equipment. These re also able to be used with any device with a Bluetooth connection (like cell phones and tablets) and this would be an awesome feature if I didn't feel like I needed to baby the set.

It keeps saying not compatible with my playstation 4 that's why I bought it, but the Bluetooth won't work

Battery life isn’t as long as it says. Also the indicator stays at 100% which is false.

With this being a budget wireless headset, you get what you pay for. The build quality is very basic plastic and there is zero padding on the headband. Thankfully, these are pretty light, so that helps with comfort. Clamping force isn't too bad for my wide head, but the ear cups have very limited articulation. Exposed cords coming from the cups to the headband could be a problem for children. Ear pads are pretty comfortable, but they don't provide a good seal. The real issue with this headset is the microphone. It is extremely sensitive, so you will pick up even the slightest ambient noise in the room. A standard, removable boom mic would have been a better way to go. Performance wise these are decent. They have a fairly balanced sound, but the bass is a bit lacking. Gaming you can get a good feel of where the action is going on with this headset and voices of your teammates come through clearly. Would have been nice if you could adjust some of the sounds, but I guess for a budget headset you can't expect that. Bluetooth works pretty well and I had no hiccups while listening to music. So all in all, I think these would be a good option for a teenager or a parent who wants to buy their kid a headset that won't break the bank. For an avid gamer, not so much. They are fairly small, so big heads better look elsewhere. I have a slightly larger than average head and I have to extend these to their maximum size.

The Logitech G435 is a relatively affordable basic headset that has surprisingly good sound and fit. You do have to set proper expectations when comparing it to some of the higher end headsets but the G435 hits a lot of the marks for me. The first thing that stands out is how light weight it is. Most headsets I find to be too heavy and too bulky but the G435 is like a feather. It literally weighs less than 6 oz, incredible. You can connect via Bluetooth or Logitech Lightspeed wireless mode. I connected via wireless and had no issues. Sound is powerful but and clear but not terribly rich. For me, I do not care as long as it is clear and you can hear important game audio components (such as footsteps.) The headset does not have a boom mic and did pick up a bit too much background sound. It was not a major issue but the headset tended to pick up my air conditioner when it was running. For most people that will not be an issue, but it is worth mentioning. Build quality is what you would expect in this price range, not great. There was nothing wrong with how it was made but it definitely has a cheaper feel than some of the more expensive headsets I own. In my opinion, if you are rough on headset; it probably will not last as long as some of the more expensive headsets. Remember , the G435 is less than 6oz so there is no metal or heavy plastics. In conclusion, I like the G435. It does exactly what I need at a great price. I have owned many Logitech products over the years and they are always well thought out and give the best bang for the buck. However, I can see the small size, lack of a good boom mic and the build quality not being for everyone. Nonetheless, you are getting a perfectly competent wireless headset for the cost of a wired one.

Horrible. Went to the store for headphones for a trip and out the box they wont connect to any devices. Tried 5 different. Ipad pro, Samsung, lg, tablet windows and even my pc. Just horrible. Never agaib will i buy so close to a important trip. Recipe for a letdown i guess.
