Would not connect to the switch like it says it will. I even took the headset back 3 times, getting a different pair, hoping maybe the last ones were faulty. But nope, none of them would work. Then I went in store and asked for help, the young kids working didn’t even help. They told me I had to go online and install and update.. but wouldn’t do it instore even though I’ve been to bestbuy 3 times! An update or a brand new device, that I had to use a computer with! Get out of here. Do not recommend. Highly disappointed.

Posted .Hello Recommend! Sorry to hear the G435 Wireless Dolby Atmos Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset did not work out of the box like you were hoping it would. The reason why the Headset is not already compatible with the Nintendo Switch out of the box is because Nintendo released the firmware update for the Nintendo Switch allowing Bluetooth Headsets to work with the console after the G435 Headsets were manufactured, and therefore the update tool was released to the Logitech website after that. You can easily download and install the G435 Update Tool from this location: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407898529687-Download-G435-Gaming-Headset - Mathieu from Logitech

Good sound, lousy plug n' play

The hassle is moderate, but I'd probably get it again just for use with my phone. Good for videos/shows and for phone calls.
