Adorable Headset

Holding the mic mute button will switch between USB connection and Bluetooth. Also like how light it is, I sometimes forget it's on my head; glad it's wireless!

I used it to play NBA 2k and Call Of Duty and was not helpful at all. If you're thinking about getting this for a FPS game, I would not consider these. For NBA 2k it wouldn't be a bad purchase cause hearing does not impact your gaming. However sound quality will suffer.

Had to contact logitech for a new one. Not a quality headphone. Try to avoid. Bestbuy website says i can return it to a store and exchange for a new one, As a elite plus member, after I go to the store, employees acted unprofessionally and rejected my request even though i show them on the mobile app that this headphone is still under return/ exchange period. Horrible bestbuy service.

Able to wear all day without irritation. Only complaint is that the microphone sounds a little soft to the other person. Need to speak loud into the microphone
