The problem is connecting to a device. There are 2 options: to Bluetooth and to a wireless USB. The USB is very easily lost - there is no way to carry it with the headphones, so it's on you to make sure you don't lose it. The Bluetooth connection is very hit or miss. The only device I have that can find my headphones on Bluetooth is my work computer, and it does not sustain the connection. The replacement USB costs as much as the headset. If you're like me, all it takes is one chaotic morning and you now have a set of headphones you cannot use after only a month.

Works with our PlayStations and the Nintendo Switch. Bought it for my 12 year old and he is a gamer so he said the sound was great and much better then the turtle beach ones he had. Light, audio is good, set up and connectivity is easy and feels good on the head and ears. The only down side about this is the mic audio. It makes me sound like I am in a tunnel and distorts my voice. Everyone I asked through different platforms (discord and in game) says my voice sounds clear but at the same time I sound far away and echo-y. Overall experience has been decent so far, but compared to my old head set which was the Hyper X Cloud, this one is not up to par with it. Bought it as a primary since my old head set was breaking down on me with audio issues and mic issues. But this one is decent enough to do the job but not really to my liking. Planning to return it and get something more of my liking.

I will recommedation this product for someone who would do pay more than 100 dollar on headset.

Ear foams are smaller so causes discomfort for adults but would probably be fine for a child.

Using the supplied usb plug for wireless connectivity. Says to have Bluetooth, but have not used that way yet. Works well on my Zoom/Teams meetings.

I tried them out myself and they are solid. Despite what some reviews claim they do connect to a iPad. My sons uses them with the PlayStation and his iPad. Holds a long charge as wel.
