    The mic doesn't auto switch the audio to my headset when I turn it on. if anyone has a fix to this please help. its kind of a burden to have to manually go to the settings to change the output. even with the audio sync setting on it still doesn't work

    Noise cancelation is great. Quality of connection is awesomely compatible with PS5. Have yet to try to quality of the mic.

    Initially the headphones were fine but now the volume goes up and down on its own, the connection is not consistent even thought our wifi connection is solid, and we are on the hunt for a new set

    For the most part it’s alright, but every time I turn my ps5 on while having the USB for the mic plugged in, it always tunes the audio into the headset even when it’s off.
