I don't know how the audio or any of that is, but the feel was relatively comfortable. I was kind of mad though because it said it connects to the PS4, but my ps4 said that this device is incompatible.

Had to contact logitech for a new one. Not a quality headphone. Try to avoid. Bestbuy website says i can return it to a store and exchange for a new one, As a elite plus member, after I go to the store, employees acted unprofessionally and rejected my request even though i show them on the mobile app that this headphone is still under return/ exchange period. Horrible bestbuy service.

People just don't say the truth, I cannot believe this is a Logitech product. The microphone shouldn't even exist. The worse thing I ever paid money for. I think I could call somebody from a Nokia from the 2000's from a tunnel and they will hear me better than with this. The sound is just ok if you use it with the lightspeed tech, so if you came from a decent headset this won't be an upgrade. If you are going to use it with the Bluetooth mode, let me tell you, it sucks. Having lightspeed/Bluetooth might look attractive, but it's actually disappointing. They are made for smaller heads like a teenager or petite person. Earpads are a bit abrasive and overall quality is pretty cheap. They feel like 30 dollars tops. Bluetooth is a great feature for a pair that also supports wireless connection to consoles. I would still recommend them but for teens and younger not for adults.

Useful, but really poor audio quality.

There's garbled digital noise before/after every sound that comes through, esp if listening to soft music in a quiet environment. Thankfully I'm just using it for conference calls so audio quality isn't important to me. But NO WAY would I use this for gaming or music.

I'm not sure if the 4-5 star reviews were paid reviews or what. But this headset isn't worth the price, maybe at $29.99 I could recommend it, but even then... Long story short my puppy chewed the mic on my Razer headset. Went online to find a replacement and decided to give another brand a shot. Huge disappointment. The sound is at best 2.5/5. The mic is a joke. The mic location is to close to the speakers and even with the mic threshold set to 10+ in warzone I'm constantly hearing from other players to turn my tv volume off. Meaning the sound from the speakers is being picked up by the mic. I play Call of duty on a PS5. Again I'm not sure if it's my setup but if you have a PS5 and play COD DO NOT buy this headset. If you are on a budget get a wired headset with a proper mic, or spend the extra $30-$40 for a Razer, or really any other brand.. You will be returning this unit, like I will be later today.

I recommend you spend a little more and get the G733 or invest in the PRO X wireless, which will give you a competitive advantage with the surround technology.
