Not happy with product

Crap

BUY ANYTHING ELSE

If you care at all about quality you will know within seconds of using this headset how bad it is. No directional hearing at all. Games so far it doesnt work with Red Dead And smite. Worst purchase for price. Doesnt use logitech software at all.

Headsets good service sucks

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this headset. Had it for 3 weeks and it broke. I used it for work nothing but my job and the Bluetooth broke after 3 weeks and Best Buy has the worst return policy I have ever seen.
