The mouse is extremely responsive, it’s smooth and just works perfectly. I bought the mousepad to go with it for the wireless charging, while it does charge, it does so very slowly. Other than that, this mouse is PERFECT! It’s like Logitech really thought of what a gaming mouse should be like and act! I do wish that it had Bluetooth built-in so that way I could pair it to another computer and do profile switching between the two computers but oh well.

Syncing both to one light-speed receiver ensures both devices have a similar distance and frees up one of your USB ports. These days, wireless latency for peripherals has become on par with wired, so if you're a stickler for a clean desktop environment, you've got nothing to fear. The battery life, however, is lower than it's non-x counterpart, if that's a line you'd like to draw when choosing one or the other. That's my only downside, though. Low latency, smooth travel, and a large DPI range.
