bought it after my last mouse broke. havent had any issues, works great

Coming from the G502 hero, this mouse has a great clicking input and much lighter then the G502.

So far I’ve had zero problems and overall great mouse

I absolutely this mouse. I never thought a more expensive mouse would make such a difference but WOW !!!! Amazing difference. My aim is seriously so much better. Paying a little extra was definitely a good decision!!! I'll be using this till the end. I love it !!!! This Mouse is worth the Money. Download GHUB to set it up and WOW !!!!

I don’t have a lot of experience with computer gaming mice, but in comparison with the mice I use at work it is much more responsive. Its has its own app that you can use to program the various buttons with macros/actions and also customize the lighting on the actual mouse as well. Very cool looking product.

I absolutely love this mouse, i had the wired one and unfortunately my cat chewed my cord so i upgraded to my wireless one and i absolutely love it. I LOVE that you can change the color!!!

[Employee of bestbuy] I REALLY wanted to like this mouse. I loved the look of it, and I liked the surplus of buttons, but it came up short in a couple major ways. I bought it AND the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless (SKU: 6514426) to do a side by side because they both came recommended as the best wireless, non-ultralight gaming mice with a focus on buttons and customization. The following is a summary of my main issues with this mouse: 1. The infinite scroll is either on, or off, meaning there's no "Smart Scroll" style feature. This feature either engages the clicky scroll, or the infinite scroll depending on how fast you throw the scroll wheel. This feature is common on Logitech's MX series of mice and it's available on the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless Mouse, so I'm not sure why Logitech went this route. The control button for this feature is under the wheel itself, and it's physical, meaning you can't reprogram it for other functions, which again, you can on the other models I mentioned. 2. It doesn't have Bluetooth. This is a fairly common feature for a mouse at this price, and if you are the type who has a couple device's you want to switch between, it's a must, but it might not be a deal breaker for you. The Basilisk has both 2.4ghz wireless and Bluetooth. 3. It has onboard control/profile storage, but it doesn't store your RGB settings. This means you either are stuck using Windows RGB controller, or you need to download and KEEP "G Hub" on your machine and running all the time, which if you already have ALL Logitech device's, this might not be a big deal. Either that or you can't use your RGB. It's WILD they didn't include this, as I don't think I've ever seen a gaming peripheral fail to include it when they have onboard storage already. Maybe it's just me but I don't like having several different controller's running at the same time. Also, I couldn't get it working with SignalRGB, only Windows RGB. To sum up, if you're looking for a GREAT gaming mouse that focus's more on buttons and customization rather than weight, I can't recommend the G502X over it's bigger, better and badder competition, the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless. The Logitech MX line of mice also fixes most of the shortcummings of the 502X, but they aren't specificly gaming mice. So with that all said, my recommendation (though obvious) is the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (SKU: 6514426).

This is a huge improvement to the original G502 which has become a bit dated. The micro usb charging port on the G502 lightspeed was beginning to show its age so going with usb C here was absolutely required. The lighting is fine and the mouse is comfortable as long as you don’t mind the weight.

Just the best version of the 502. My 4th 502 I've owned. I now have this and the keyboard using one lightspeed adapter.

Fantastic product well worth the price! Found the mouse online, as a perfect Bluetooth mouse. Love Logitech. The light speed connector and software setup is amazing and easy. So many configurations to choose from and to customize.

One of the best mouse’s I’ve ever owned. The side buttons help a lot because I game Fortnite & call of duty and it’s like having paddles but on a mouse. Definitely recommend!!

I really enjoy this mouse a lot! It works well via bluetooth connection and does not have any connectivity issues when using it for a long period of time. The gaming input is pretty spot on as well...

I really like this mouse but I wish I had realized i was paying extra for RGB. Other than that this mouse is honestly worth getting.
