Bought this mouse because my old Logitech G703 sensor starting going out after 4+ years of nearly everyday use so I wanted to stick with Logitech. The feel of the G502 X is superb, just fits nicely in the hand and I feel that I'm more relaxed holding it. I also love the extra buttons for DPI control and the overall customizability. All in all a great quality product!

This thing can really hold a charge. I don’t have to charge it frequently at all. I’ve had the wired version before and wanted to be wireless but was afraid I would be charging a lot but that’s not the case. Love being wireless too. I like to have a lot of commands on my mouse and the button quantity and location on this mouse is perfect for me. I have mostly Logitech gear so it is nice to have everything together in the Logitech G-Hub as well. This mouse is on the heavy side so if you prefer a very light mouse, this is not for you. I had the previous version of this mouse as well, wired, and never had any issues with it for years. I would buy this and newer versions again in the future and highly recommend.

My son recommended this mouse to me, proclaiming that it will be the best mouse you have ever used. Tall order, but worth checking into. He was correct, this might be the best mouse I have ever used. It feels amazing and has more features than most will ever use. I find it perfect for CAD designing since I can program the button. In a nut shell, this mouse is Simply the Best, with one minor flaw; battery life. The mouse is on par with the competition on price, and exceeds on features. It is comfortable in hand and has no lag. Logitech offers a solution for the battery life issue; Logitech PowerPlay Wireless Charging System. However, that accessory is quiet flawed, over-priced, and has serious quality issues; mine failed in less than one week. Despite the batteries shortcomings, the mouse still deserves a five star rating for performance, functionality, comfort, and abilities. Alternately, in my opinion, rather offer a charging solution for a mouse that doesn't seem to last longer, consider a model than operates on double A batteries or offer a bigger rechargable battery pack.

Love the mouse and the extra side buttons I can use. Not entirely a fan of logitechs program, but it's okay enough to use. Mouse on the other hand it super comfy.

I used to use a G502 Lightspeed, and the switches were always a constant problem for me, as they always started to double click within months (No rage, no rough treatment, they'd just randomly start to double click). I eventually started to get protection for the thing since it was super unreliable. When I heard that Logitech released the new G502X, I was excited, hoping that they fixed the annoying switch issue. They did. I then traded in the G502 Lightspeed for the G502X Plus Lightspeed, and let me tell you, it's such a big improvement. Although the mouse has a new design, I personally believe that the LEDs on this mouse look better than the previous generation, as it makes it unique from the competition. It still feels great to use during work or gaming, although being heavy compared to some other lightweight mouses made today. The switches are also a big plus, as I've had this for a couple of months now, and have encountered no problems with the switches or the mouse itself. Although this mouse is pricey, it's one of Logitech's flagship mouses and I would only recommend if you have the extra money to pay for this. I got this for around 30-40$ since I traded in my G502 Lightspeed and I would definitely recommend this mouse over the previous gen, which was littered with problems.

This is the best mouse I have ever used, without a doubt. It is extremely comfortable to use, with no button particularly uncomfortable to reach. The rubber surfaces on the mouse feel nice, and the plastic does not feel cheap. Each button has a satisfying click. It's not too heavy, nor too light. Importantly, the wireless connection is flawless, and I haven't experienced a hint of a hiccup over the months that I've used it. Customizability is exceptional, and it is also easy to have multiple profiles for different applications. Using the thumb button as a temporary DPI shift button is great to use when making precise movements in CAD software or in games. It's also nice that the mouse has on board storage, so I can use it across multiple machines easily, without having to install G Hub on each one. The RGB LEDs are also very pleasant to look at, and just as customizable as the rest of the mouse. Two things that could be better: I'd love a button on the bottom of the mouse to change profiles (like the Logitech G903). This action doesn't usually need to be done frequently, so having this out of the way on the bottom of the device would be ideal, leaving more buttons available for other more frequent actions, while still having the ability to change profiles relatively convenient. Secondly, while the scroll wheel feels good to use and can be unlocked, but I'd love to have an adaptable scroll wheel like that on the MX Master 3 and 3S. That kind of scroll wheel feels much more premium and modern. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is that an MSRP of $159.99 is too high. On sale for under $130 though, I'd highly recommend this mouse.

Brilliant product from Logitech. Everything about the original version is slightly tweaked for the better. The software has come a long way from last time I used it. Great feel in hand and a productivity monster.

Response buttons, with a lot of customization options. The mouse looks gorgeous as well. All around an awesome and functional mouse.
