Keep in mind I write this review with Ghub software in mind. This Product has treated me quite well for the time I have had it. I recently upgraded from the original G502 and at first, I had doubts that it would be a improvement, but its earn its self as an upgrade. Mouse Feels way more responsive despite the sensors seeming the same. clicks feel great, a little loud, Its decently light, you can not change the weight like the last one though, BLUETOOTH IS AWSOME. I have my PC located upstairs in my room, and when I brough my mouse downstairs while streaming my pc the delay for the mouse was like an added 1-4 millisecond delay, not very noticeable, but it has great range. It is also very comfortable for people who have big hands like me. I got the mouse during the Logitech world recycle time and got the mouse at a great price after trading in my old Logitech mouse.

The features advertised do not work. The audio visualizer is currently not working on it. I’ve tried reinstalling the software and tried all of the troubleshooting from the Logitech website. Also, the clicks feel plasticky and cheap. The battery doesn’t last as long as other mice I’ve had. I have to charge it everyday so far and I know that batteries degrade over time. Also, the ghub software is clunky to work with and it must be installed to use all of the features.

Had this mouse for 2 years now and still works like the day I bought it. Comfortable mouse, button response time is great. The only negative I have is it could be a bit bigger but thats personal preference.

Awesome mouse. Very lightweight and comfortable to use. I had the original G502 Hero years back but ended up losing it in a move and went with a different brand in the interim. Feels good to be back. The only downsides are the software and LED placement could be improved since your hand obscures it for the most part. Unfortunately this one does not come with weights but I will be using tungsten putty.

Favorite mouse I've ever owned. Its lightweight but still has enough heft to feel like a quality product. There are plenty of buttons that allow flexibilty when gaming. I love the battery life and mouse wheel.

I have been using Logitech mice for decades. G703 and G602 were some of my go to mice for games and office productivity. The G502X is current being used for my office productivity. I love the weight and extra buttons. The battery lasts a very long time. I rarely charge the mouse. However, that is with the LED lighting turned off. The battery performance is abysmal with the LED lights on.

Probably the highest quality wireless gaming mouse I've ever used. Battery lasts forever and it is very responsive. Cannot recommend logitech stuff enough.

Great product. Love the wireless. Battery life is amazing. Fits perfectly in the hand. Not too heavy not too light. Perfect for everything. Very responsive and customizable. Perfect mouse for me and everyday use plus it looks sorta like a batmobile (if you get the black one).

Really nice mouse. Very responsive and feels very comfortable in your hand. I do wish it was a little heavier but that’s my opinion. The G Hub app is very easy to use and well designed. No issues with battery life or range and I don’t see them in the future. My only issue this far is the mouse comes with a swappable button for the side and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it. Would recommend all the G products to be honest.

Feels like a sleeker version of the G502 Hero I've had for years. Very light and very responsive feedback. Was hesitant to get a wireless mouse for gaming but it's honestly the best decision I've made. Runs great with the new G Hub software too.

Easy to use software, croma light set up is fun. No lag on use. Fits pretty the hand pretty ergonomically, but the thumb button does stick out pretty good where you can accidentally hit it

I am a bit of a gaming mouse enthusiast/tester, and I am ALWAYS on the hunt to find that mouse that will be the "Endgame". I have tested well over 50 different mice this year alone in all types of game genres like MMOs, MOBAs, and FPS games. For a while, I have strayed away from the mainstream gaming peripheral companies like Razer, Logitech, Corsair, etc just because of the drastic decrease in quality and overall feel of the mice. However, this one has surprised me. While I do continue to have issues with their Logitech G Hub app on Windows 11, the mouse itself feels amazing. Button placement is great. The two additional left click buttons are easy to press while resistant enough to prevent misclicking them. The "sniper" button on the side is always a welcomed touch and you can remove it if you don't like it. The scroll wheel is nice, and the free scroll is awesome as well. The scroll wheel tilt buttons (Left and right) CAN be a bit sensitive sometimes, but you can disable them in the app if you keep pressing them. The battery life is fantastic. I played for about 2 days at 8 hours a session with RBG on, and I never had to recharge it. Now that I think about it, I never had it die on me once. I am noticing a strange issue with the sensor glitching and acting like I have the DPI at 25000 and flung my mouse across the desk, spinning my character in game at Mach speed...but I have suspicions that it is my mouse pad causing it as it is glass. All in all, this is a great mouse if you want comfort while playing games. While it isn't the lightest mouse out there, it def doesn't shorthand you with features, and the price is spot on for what you get.

I was an early adopter of the G502 when it first came out and I have always considered it one of my favorites even after moving on to an MMO-style mouse. With the redesign, I'm happy to say that it retains many of the aspects that made me fall in love with it. The RGB lighting is bold but tasteful, the new scroll wheel feels great to use with clear and distinct ratcheting, and the white colorway goes along well with the more subtle shape that resembles the gamer aesthetic without being cringe. I would definitely recommend it for fans of the original but you will have to splurge since the price is way too steep for a mouse, especially considering that the wired version costs half as much. Definitely consider the non-RGB version if you have any sense but don't let that stop you from splurging if you already have too many RGB accessories.

Bought to replace the previous generation of this mouse. Logitech made improvements to the ergonomics and also build quality. The switches also feel like they are higher quality. The switches took a few hours to break in, but once broken in they felt amazing (specifically left and right click). The RGB is actually way more impressive in person and colors track seamlessly. Finally, the responsiveness is unmatched with any wireless mouse I've used in the past. Near instantaneous tracking (using rtx 4090 on a C1 OLED). Extremely recommended for playing WoW or any other game that requires macroing as the logitech software allows for super easy switch binding. 10/10 recommending to all my friends. You get what you pay for. Don't think twice on the cost.

You can immediately tell this mouse is well-built. Materials, clicks, scroll wheel, and overall finish feel premium and durable. Unfortunately, ergonomics ruined the experience for me. The shape feels overly aggressive and angular. The thumb buttons are placed too far forward and at an awkward angle, which forces the thumb into constant tension. After about 1–2 hours of use, I experienced noticeable hand fatigue and discomfort. This mouse looks great on a desk and feels solid in hand, but the design seems more focused on aesthetics and features than natural hand anatomy. The high profile and weight distribution didn’t allow my hand to relax during longer gaming sessions. If this shape fits your hand perfectly, you’ll probably love it. But if ergonomics and comfort during long sessions matter to you, I strongly recommend trying it in person or considering a more neutral, ergonomic design. Great quality product — just not a good ergonomic match for me.

Pros: - Appealing and comfortable design - Highly customizable - Crisp and tactile switches - Fast response rate - Long battery life Cons: - No Bluetooth connectivity ----- DETAILS ----- Design & Features: With its curved profile and supportive thumb rest, the Logitech G502 X Plus gaming mouse has an ergonomic shape. There are also a few nice touches like a rubberized, textured grip on the sides and a small indentation in the left click button. It has felt comfortable to use while playing a variety of games or working from home. The front has a USB-C input for charging, but the mouse is also compatible with Logitech’s PowerPlay Wireless Charging System (sold separately). Since I don’t currently have that, I can’t speak to how well PowerPlay works with the G502 X Plus, but it’s nice knowing that feature is available. Battery life is solid, with up to 120 hours when RGB lighting is off or 37 hours when you have the RGB set to always on. A unique design aspect of the “Plus” version of the G502 X is the 8-zone LED lighting area on the palm rest. With that, you also get active play detection which will automatically turn the lighting off when your hand covers it (to conserve battery power). The lighting settings and more can be customized in the Logitech G Hub software. More on that later. All the clicks and button presses feel nice on the G502 X Plus, thanks to Logitech’s new hybrid optical-mechanical switches, which are crisp and tactile. It was a noticeable and satisfying change from my previous mouse. The left side has a removable sniper button that can easily be swapped out with a non-clickable rubberized button (included in the box). The sniper button is also reversible, so it can flair towards your thumb or away from it, depending on your preference or hand size. As for the scroll wheel, you have the choice between hyperfast scrolling or a more precise, “ratcheted” mode. The scroll wheel also allows you to scroll left and right by pushing your finger on the left or right side to tilt it in either direction. On the bottom, you’ll find PTFE feet, which help the mouse glide smoothly across various surfaces. I’m using a leather-like pad on my desk, but I tried the G502 X Plus on a mouse pad and a few other flat surfaces and barely felt any friction. The ergonomic design of the G502 X Plus coupled with its light weight makes this the most comfortable mouse I’ve ever used. It’s also sleek and eye-catching, especially with the RGB lighting on. If you’d rather not have the RGB, the non-plus version of this mouse has all the same features without the lighting, and it’s a bit cheaper. Performance: The G502 X Plus handles each game exceptionally well. For testing, I picked several games across different genres, like Red Dead Redemption 2, Age of Empires IV, The Witcher 3, and Call of Duty: Warzone. The accuracy and responsiveness are fantastic. Having the extra buttons comes in handy, especially since you can customize them to a specific game. The buttons are well-positioned so that they can be easily pressed when needed, but I appreciate that they’re also unobtrusive. The USB-A “Lightspeed” wireless receiver has proven to be reliable, as I’ve not experienced any connection drops or mouse lag. I have zero complaints about the performance of this mouse. I just wish it came with Bluetooth connectivity as well because that makes it a little easier to switch between my desktop and laptop, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Software: Logitech G Hub is the home for adjusting the RGB lighting, reprogramming buttons, creating profiles for games and apps, customizing the DPI levels (mouse sensitivity), and monitoring the battery. When I installed Logitech G Hub, it instantly recognized my G502 X Plus mouse and has been working seamlessly with it since.
