Second time purchasing

However I am on my second purchase. On first one, after only 5-6 months or so there were issues with the left click button. I tried to contact Logitech about a replacement, and waited a while to get a response. When I did get a response. I was told to go through a very large list of troubleshooting steps. None of which would solve the issue. Instead of jumping through all the hoops with Logitech and waiting who knows how long to get a replacement. I decided to I would buy another one hoping that the first was just a defective unit. I also got the Best Buy replacement plan for the new one just incase there is another issue down the road. I would rather deal with Best Buy than have to try and deal with Logitech ever again. So far after a few months the new unit seems to be holding up just fine. It is a shame that logitech support is so unhelpful because I really do like the brand and I have never had issues with their other products (I also have a g512 mechanical keyboard and the g pro x headset. all three items work wonderfully together in their ghub software)

Posted .Hi Chris, sorry to see you're having some performance related issues with your G703 Gaming mouse. If you tried to contact them anytime last year, the staff was severely impacted by the COVID capacity restrictions which would drastically increase the response time to a longer waiting period than normal. However, it is nice to see that your current replacement that you purchased again, is working for you perfectly! We do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. But continue to enjoy and game on!

Nice mouse than ever

My last mouse was a SteelSeries Rival 310 and honestly the transition to this mouse was seamless. I play a lot of VALORANT and a few other PC games, and was worried that the wireless receiver would have some delay or misalignment, but it works perfectly. The mouse’s added features like extending the usb receiver with the wire is also neat, and the Logitech software is easy to install and use. The price was like 20-30$ off retail price too, so that was a huge bonus.
