Got a used "new" mouse.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived and didnt work. I could right/left click but the pointer wont move. Upon further inspection I believe someone had this before me because the pads and around the sensor has scratches. I think BestBuy sold me a used/returned mouse as if it were new.

Okay for a while
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's an okay mouse and it worked fine for about a year. Now however the right mouse button will rapidly toggle when being held down, mainly noticeable when ADS'ing in FPS games. Basically unusable at this point but I guess a year is an okay time for it to last.

Mouse point is Logitech software base
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse pointer speed goes to default mode until Logitech Software launches during window boot. Logitech software does not override your personal settings to the windows. In order to by pass this behavior you have to change mouse settings from windows application as well.

Be weary, dreaded right button double click.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on 4/20/2020. Great overall experience except the dreaded right button issue. Double click, no click, and works fine..... sometimes. When you aren’t gaming, you don’t notice it, but as soon as you start gaming, BOOM!!!! Try to zoom in? Nope not going to happen, we will just cycle zooming in. Guess I need to suffer and RMA this thing but need to get another mouse first. I was hoping this product would have been resolved by now but I see this model is still plagued by this issue. I did research before purchasing, big common problem years ago. Everyone stated it’s hit or miss, some are on their third mouse. I took the chance and missed out.

Posted .Hi, sorry to see you're having some performance issues with your G703 Wireless mouse. If you haven't already. check to see if it needs to do any firmware updates on the G hub software. That may resolve the double clicking issues for you. If not, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that can be used to have a replacement sent to you. You can do that here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036533653-Warranty-G703. Hope that helps!

Great for gaming
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech - G703 (Hero) Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse - Black This mouse is really made for gaming only. It is not for everyday use without the cord. It is rechargeable, not replaceable batteries. If used as a wireless mouse with lighting effects it has a battery life of 35 hours. Without lighting effects it jumps to 60 hours. As a side not to that. My Logitech M510 wireless mouse has a replaceable battery that lasts about a year. If you skip the wireless part and use the supplied cable of course it’s unlimited. The supplied cable is hi quality, clothe reinforced and 6 feet long. It does triple duty as a mouse cable, a mouse charging cable, and a wireless extension to get the transmitter closer to the mouse. I’m sure that last one is for a bunch of gamers all in one place, you want your mouse to get a clear signal. They state for best performance it should be within 20cm (a little less than 8 inches). It will however work well within 2 feet if there is no other interference. It comes with everything you need to make it work, including a weight to add if you want a heavier mouse in your hand. All adapters are in the package, very nice to see. The mouse itself is very responsive with 6 buttons that can be assigned to what ever you want for game play. You’ll need to download the G-Hub software but all mice really require drivers of some kind if you want to get full use out of them. The other side of that is when the wireless adapter is plugged in and the mouse it turned on, they just work as a mouse should. The mouse has lighting effects on the top and on the wheel. What’s the point? Your hand will be covering the mouse when in use. I just don’t get the whole big “wow colored lights” deal. Just me, you may actually want your mouse to have lights. The mouse will auto power off after about 4 minutes and 45 seconds. It wakes right back up as soon as you move it. To save real power there is an on/off switch on the bottom, a must have if you put it in a backpack at all. The HERO 16K sensor is easily adjustable, just a click of a button will change the setting. My bottom line is this mouse is great for gaming. If you want to use it for every day use you’ll need to invest in the POWERPLAY wireless charging pad, sold separately. It was very comfortable in my hand, if it weren’t for the limited battery life I would use it as my every day mouse. As it is, I’ll use it for gaming only.

Comfortable and super responsive
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the pleasure of gaming with the Logitech Hero G703 wireless gaming mouse all night and I can say that the mouse is comfortable and insanely responsive. I have fairly large hands and the mouse sits comfortably in the palm of my hand. Every button on it is springy, clicky and responsive. The scroll wheel has good resistance and the push down button feels good. The mouse is quite grippy and I have not had any sweaty palm problems yet lol. The logitech G Hub software allows you to customize the RGB lighting to your liking. The RGB lighting also reacts to games and audio, pretty cool! You can download custom profiles with G Hub. Logitech says the rechargeable battery will last upto 35 hours with RGB lighting on and upto 60 hours with the lights off. They provide a high quality charging micro usb cable so you can charge and play when its time to refill the battery. Also included is a 10 gram weight that can be put in the mouse to add greater weight/resistance. It fits under a magnetic cover that is easy to remove and install. It's a nice touch if you prefer a heavier mouse. The mouse has a button just under the scroll wheel that allows you to change the mouse DPI with a click. So you can toggle it and make the cursor faster or slower as you see fit. i recommend this mouse for gamers who want a highly responsive gaming mouse for shooters and mmorps. This particular model doesn't have alot of buttons for custom bindings but for me they are enough. It is fast and the battery can go days before needing to be charged. The RGB lighting is a nice added touch to make your setup glow with cool lighting!

Fragile if not careful
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was alright, it works good until it doesn’t. It broke after a week of use. Had to buy a replacement g pro wireless instead. Save your money and buy the superior mouse.

Didn’t work for me.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new Asus laptop would not recognize this mouse. The Logitech gaming software did not either. But my old 702 mouse worked great. Device manager only indicated the g703 as PnP. Do not know if it was the ⎌mouse or the laptop.

||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall decent mouse. Would say I have Bluetooth connection problems from time to time but mouse is decent. Negative is if you lose Bluetooth usb plug in, not possible to order another one.

High quality mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This could possibly be the best mouse I've ever used. This mouse has its own internal battery; you do not have to supply any batteries which was a welcome change from most. Supplied in the box is a usb cable to a proprietary connection that serves two purposes: 1. It is the charger for the mouse and the mouse indicates it is charging by the finger wheel lighting up and pulsing during charge. At full charge, it turns off the light. 2. Then when you are finished charging, you plug in the small rectangular connection that has the dongle for the mouse, and you then immediately get to use the mouse as any normal wireless mouse. I found this mouse to be amazing in smoothness and no lag whatsoever. It connected immediately and the movement that my hand made was instantly showcased on the screen. The mouse in operation has the finger wheel and Logitech logo lit up with changing RGB illumination. This looks wonderful and when you don't use this, you can turn it off with the switch underneath. To make the unit fit your needs in terms of weight, there is an addon weight that can be added under the mouse in a spinning cover. This is a logitech product so you know it is a great product - I have found that there is no competition here for Logitech products - I made the mistake and bought another brand and regretted it. Here I am with another Logitech product and it is fantastic. The mouse is also larger than some mice, but it fit my hand so well that I quickly adapted to it and the buttons are configurable as well for tension/click feel. Very nice.

When it works, it works
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this mouse when it is working correctly...but recently it has gone out a couple times and 'sticks.' You have to move it all across the desk to go from one end of the screen to the other, rather than a little flick of your wrist. I wish I could return it. I can't seem to be able to get it go back to normal by doing anything specific. It goes back and forth.
