Their software fails to install on my system, and have done everything in the book to allow the program to install. I am unable to check for firmware updates, check battery levels, or do much of anything else with this headset. The only 5 star it deserves is for comfort, because its comfortable, but its not functional.

Does not hold a charge

It will tell me the battery is low so I plug it in just for it to tell me it is fully charged within minutes. The app reads 99% and again within 10 minutes I am being alerted of a low battery and have to plug it in again. Basically it is only usable if I keep it plugged in defeating the purpose of purchasing a wireless headset.
