Read the fine print on the box!!! This headset was nice but unfortunately, if you want to tweak the sound of it, it does not allow you to transfer the changes while playing a PS4. It only allows you to keep your settings on your laptop through logitech. Only reason why I had to return it.

Love the headset overall but the mic was so bad……..

I own a lot of wireless headphones and the G733 are one of my new favorites. Gaming headphones can sometimes be a bit bulky and heavy, but the best thing about these is how lightweight and comfortable they are to wear for an extended period of time. While there are certainly lighter options out there, they only support wired (yuck) or Bluetooth which stinks if you care about sound quality. The G733’s use Logitech's Lightspeed, a low latency, highly accurate wireless transmission technology that quite simply gives you wired performance without the wires. Not kidding, I've been using Lightspeed mice for a while now and recently Logitech's excellent G915 keyboard without any issues. The only downside to LightSpeed is it does require a USB dongle and as I now have a collection of Lightspeed accessories all of these dongles fills my available USB ports quickly. Logitech if you read this – please make a universal Lightspeed dongle! Sound quality is exceptional at this price point, especially for gaming. I have tested it with several games on my PC and laptop including Fortnite and Madden 21. The modern soundtrack in Madden sounds great with these as does the thuds and bumps of the gameplay. The 40mm drivers provide plenty of rich, full sound, which can be tuned extensively using the Logitech G Hub software. You can also enable and test the surround sound feature using the G Hub software. I found that In Fortnite I could make out the sounds of gunshots from different directions and to a lesser extent footsteps. On my PS4 I was playing The Last of Us 2 and found these to be so much better sounding than the headphones I was previously using which while much more expensive were just connected via Bluetooth to the TV. Another area where these headphones excel is the microphone. I tend to believe this is due to the included software as much as the mic itself. Logitech has graciously given us access to their Blue technology, the same featured on their highly rated Blue microphones. In addition to choosing from standard Blue Vo!ce presets you get access to advanced settings such as voice equalizer, noise reduction settings, gate, de-esser, compressor, limiter, and high-pass filter to create your own custom presets. The voice quality was excellent in my Fortnite gaming sessions with friends. The biggest downside I see compared to other gaming headsets I have is that the mic does not retract, nor can it fold up and out of the way if you are not using it. The only option is to remove it which can be problematic if you’re someone like me who loses things. The RGB is cool, but not a big deal to me. You can’t see it while you are playing so it is only useful for others looking at you. If you are into what others see then you should also know that Logitech sells different colored headbands and microphone covers on their website to personalize the look of these. Overall – these are a great set of headphones at an affordable price that I’d recommend to any gamer.

Terrible sound quality Would only allow me to listen to either pc OR phone. Cant listen simultaneously. Completely let down for the price. Returned

The sound quality of this mic is not great. It sounds very muffled

After 15-20 mins of use, it makes this annoying static noise. Everything was updated, checked windows updates and was good, check usb power, tried every single usb port available and still makes static noise. I gave up and returned it back to Best Buy.

This headset...it was great while it lasted, that's all I can really say about it. It stopped charging out of nowhere and, after some researching, I learned this is a common issue with these headsets. We bought them for my son for Christmas and they stopped working a little over a month lster.

This headset randomly stops working during my work calls. It will be working perfectly fine and then people suddenly cannot hear me. I can still hear them. I have tried everything to fix this.

The mics sound quality was horrible. If you want that sound quality i recommend 2 cans and. string for alot cheaper.

I got this headset after I tried it on in a BestBuy. all things considered, this is a good headset but I had a problem with the sound playing more out of my right ear than the other which is really annoying, and the software they tell you to download has no way to fix this and neater dose my pc (trust me I looked). so I did what anyone would do and returned them and ordered a new set. 6 days later when I got them they had the same problem witch is super strange so I'm not sure if they just gave me the same pair back or what. in the end, I think it's overall better to spend 20-30 dollars more and go for something else.

great at first, but audio cuts, hard to hear, maybe i got a bad batch but it isnt worth it. The audio cuts 24/7 for 10 seconds. :/ regretting.

These headsets are not that great. Mine kept disconnecting. My desktop is two feet away where the dongle is plugged in. Kept it as a backup

I wanted these to work. They were great. Could not turn off the RGB though. Had to return. Needed these for work. Wish Logitech would make more stuff for non gamers

Great sounding, light weight, and comfortable. I’ve worn these for 4 to 5 hours at a time and barely notice any ear/head fatigue when I take them off. The sound is absolutely amazing, and the Blue voice technology microphone picks up my voice without any of the background noise and sounds fantastic using the built in presets for noise isolation and compression. Pros: - Minimalistic lightweight design with a touch of RGB. Very clean. - Audio sounds very good at this price point. The Blue Voice technology really makes a difference compared to my old headset. The DTS surround sound is immersive and crisp. - Long battery life at 29 hours and uses USB-C standard to charge. - Lots of customization with Logitech GHub software with sound and audio. - Easy setup with user friendly UI in the GHub app. - Good range at 20 meters (about 65ft.) Cons: - Another light speed dongle to add to the collection. - Detachable mice boom instead of being able to rotate out of the way. - RGB only has 2 zones per strip. - No foam cover included for mic. Out of the box setup was quick and easy. Connected the lightspeed wireless dongle, which for some reason was a bit larger than the ones they make for the mice or keyboards. After launching GHub and it detecting the device, it was ready to go. There are presets for both the headphones and microphone which was good enough for me. I always go bass boost for music and FPS shooter for gaming. I’m currently using broadcaster 2 preset for the Blue Voice microphone, which gives you options for compression, noise reduction, etc. Using these have been fantastic. I love to listen to music on these when I’m browsing the internet, or doing things around the house. I don’t drop connection like I do with my Bluetooth headsets. Gaming with the DTS 2.0 surround really puts you in the game. The design is so lightweight and comfortable you forget about them shortly after putting them on. I like how they went with the elastic strap instead of the static cushion that most other headphones have, which give you the ability to adjust it to one of the two settings. It has easy to reach mute, power, and volume buttons on the left earpiece. I’m not excited about the design choice for the headband bridge. I wish the headphones didn’t wing out going down to the earpieces as much as they do. I also don’t know how I feel about the decision of the LED lighting. The LED is almost too subtle. I wish there were something a bit more creative than a single strip along the front. This is easy to ignore if you’re not concerned with RGB as you can just turn it off all together. Final thoughts: At mid-range price point, you’re getting a good pair of headphones that are light weight and easy to wear for hours. The sound is good, and the microphone is better than most. If you’re looking for a sweet RGB setup, you may want to skip these. But if you just want to change the accent from time to time, they’re ok for that. I’m not a huge fan of how the top band flares out just before the earpiece. It looks like I have a little hat on and I can’t unsee it.

I like that its wireless but dies within about 4 hours. Can not check charge status... and i have to talk loud for people to hear me! I would return if i could. 40$ mic from amazon works much better!!

It seems overpriced to be honest, its very tight and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.

Sound is no good. Everything sounds like talking through a tin can and the volume level is horrible.

I've owned this headset maybe a few weeks and I'm already completely over it. The microphone likes to cut out at the worst possible times while gaming. My first guess would be a faulty connection since the microphone is removeable. I can't even use it at this point. I'm a fan of Logitech, but definitely not this particular piece of hardware.

A bit lighter than the other gaming headsets I have tried but unable to get it to work with my work computer. My IT said it was not compatible. Returned.
