    Install doesn’t get any easier – just plug in USB dongle and turn on headphones - plug and play. Comes with around a 6ft long charging cable with USB-C adapter and , rather large, USB 3.0 dongle. Headphones arrived pretty much fully charged. States they will last for 29 hours – didn’t get a chance to test that as I can only fit in a couple of hours gaming every couple of days. The sound is amazing like a 4D experience. Feels like you are right in the middle of the game surrounded by sound. I didn’t experience any sound delay to the action on the screen. Also tried streaming Netflix and it sounded pretty good but need to work more on the user settings where you can adjust volume, tone, as well as EQ settings and/or use presets for sports, gaming, entertainment, etc. There are separate volume settings for back, left, right, etc. Its like a theater sound system on your ears. Very light and comfortable to wear and have several adjustments for comfort or look. Can more or less create your own color show using LED lighting. I just left the default kaleidoscope scheme. I like the fact that it has a detachable microphone since I really don’t use that much. Its nice to not have it in the way or have the added weight. Of course, it is a separate piece that could get lost. Negatives; My ears did get a bit hot after a couple of hours gaming. Overall, fully recommend for those looking for great sound/functionality on a budget.

    This headset fits well and looks cool. However it does not work with the Xbox series x. Audio out is fine but no audio in. Will be returning product

    Broken when taken out of package going to trade it for a new one hopefully this one is in better condition

    The plastic has a cheap feel to it, and the headset is too small. It pinches- and the strap they say you can remove just leaves the plastic resting directly on your head. If this was 40$ then it may be worth it, but for the asking price it's not comfortable at all.

    Nice product but misleading bout being Xbox one and PS4 compatible. It says it can connect but it for not.

      Hello ShaferFam! I'm sorry to hear you're running into compatibility issues with the G733 headset. Unfortunately, most wireless USB headsets don't work on Xbox One due to Xbox having to have a special communications chip in the device to allow USB devices to work. This is not needed for PS4 and PC. As far as it not working on PS4, here are somethings you can try. Plug the USB into a computer and make sure the headset is up to date using our G Hub software. Make sure you're plugging the USB into one of the USB ports on the front of the PS4. This way it has the closest connection. If this doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to start a warranty claim.     They worked great but now my PlayStation won’t recognize the usb only used maybe 5 times called Best Buy to try and resolve the issue and they said the only way they will do anything is if I go into one of their stores which the closest one to me is over 2 hours so not really possible

    Charged the first day, the second day 1/2 way, then the third day was a bust: it died and when I tried to charge it, OMG. Plugged in one what, took out my mouse until I tried somewhere else, then that took out my keyboard until I tried yet a third place, then it was simply no charging. Would get the gaming headset G935 instead
