Cute headset, had to play with settings but it sounds great

Good headset for a decent price. Wife has no complaints with it other than a few days in, the headset sound balance had changed on its own for some reason.

I purchased this to replace a G533, and as far as I can tell this is a downgrade in every way. To be clear the headset is fine, but I expect quite a bit more than fine from this price range. The audio output sounds fine, but lacks a lot of depth and just ends up sounding washed out and flat. The GHub software has a lot of EQ settings that can make this better, but it still ends up quite bit worse than a much older product. The microphone sounds worse than the cheap, $15 "headsets" you can get for basic phone use. Recipients of my calls described it as sounding underwater in the other room. Once again, the GHub software has lots of settings you can fiddle with to make it better including their "Blue Vo!ce" audio enhancers, and it was only if that was enabled that it even became tolerable. However, no amount of fiddling with these settings ever actually made it sound good and brought with it a new set of problems including cutting out the mic entirely any time I spoke above a certain volume and distorting my voice heavily in response to background noise. It would see with this headset Logitech opted to forego decent hardware in favor of software "fixes" that can barely bring it up to the quality of a 5-year-old headset with out-of-the-box settings, even after spending hours tweaking and troubleshooting.

I bought these for my PS5 (after eyeing them for quite a while), looking for a decent headset that sounds good. I liked that they are wireless, that they don't look masculine, and are very light, but the rest of the headset failed to impress. The sound was seemingly very quiet compared to other headsets, and it sounded sort of flat. The biggest downside for me was the RGB lights. I am a glasses wearer, and the lights being placed on the front of the headset (rather than the sides) are NOT glasses friendly. I was able to see 2 bars of light reflecting on the inside of my glasses, which was really distracting. For the price, I don't know if they are worth it, but maybe if the sale is deep enough?

Overall I'm sure the device is ok. One thing I've come to find out is that it cannot be used to connect with the USB cable. You must have the wireless dongle to make it work. If I would have known this, I would have considered other options. I travel for work and I forgot the dongle, and so now I am basically carrying around dead weight.

These are the most enpoopified headphones I have ever owned. The sound quality is appalling unless you want to shill out a monthly fee for them to sound better. The band system is comfortable until it wears out and you end up spending more money to replace them. These might be cheap upfront but are ultimately a money suck and I hope they get discontinued.

Loving the headset! Good for gaming on pc! Go get it!

I bought these for use on my PS4 Pro. They connect easily and also have really nice side lights, The issue is that they are not customizable on a console, only on a PC. Also, they have some connection issues on the PS4 when playing for hours on end. These are not the best for people with large heads. Now, if you use PC, have a smaller head, and can fully use your rig to customize them then more power to you. They may be perfect, but not for me.
