    Don't buy this

    I bought two sets of these( purchased one, failed the first day. Returned it for another one and it did the same thing within 5 minutes of hooking it up.) Something about this headset malfunctions after 5 minutes of use, all sound is insanely distorted and extremely loud. Could not find anything to resolve this issue, that apparently has been going on since 2020( according to Reddit articles) If I had to say one nice thing about them, I'd say that they're comfortable

    How to waste $168

    I got one of these things... It was comfy and felt good to wear, however... The Mic quality was utter hot garbage spent a good few hours trying to troubleshoot the problem with this garbage mic and it eventually stopped working period, It wasn't muted, there was nothing wrong with the sound it registered as plugged in but it wouldn't work, the system sound was good but the mic just stopped functioning... So here comes the tried and true troubleshooting solution of rebooting your PC...upon the reboot of my PC the headset crashed my sound drivers and wouldn't even allow me to switch to other headsets or speakers...had to unplug the piece of trash from my PC and reboot again to get my sound back.

    The headphones are alright, i was expecting more for the price at the time,you have to use usb , it isnt bluetooth also if the usb some how breaks, you have to get a whole new set of headphones

    Bugs out. Ok quality. Not worth the price

    Headset has okay sound quality, not as loud as I would like when I play Rainbow 6 though. One thing that really upsets me after purchasing this is that at random times the audio will bug out and start SCREAMING static in my ears. I have volume at 100%, so it HURTS. I turn it off and back on and it still has the loud static.

    It's a great headset, but is not compatible with Xbox Series X. It works great with my PS5 and laptop.

    Not compatible with some computers.

    Well, I was going to use this headset at my job. I plugged in and found that there was no sidetone. So, I contacted Logitech and they had me down load G Hub. I downloaded the program and all it did was get stuck on startup with the logo screen. I took this to another computer at my house and everything worked well including G Hub. So, there is some issue with system compatibility that might occur with some computers. I thought maybe it was a firewall issue but, I gave it an exception to communicate through the firewall. It did not work. So far, Logitech is stuck and what to do next. I gave them my system summary of what kind of computer I have and its operating system. So far, there is no response.

    Incredibly Disappointing Audio Quality

    The audio quality on this headset is terrible. I bought these thinking Logitech made decent quality headphones. Turns out my off brand $60 headset is way better than these things. Plus, the mic also has poor noise cancellation. I'm surprised. Since it runs off bluetooth, the audio quality drops any time you play music and jump into a game. The only way to avoid this is by disabling your mic which disables the whole point of purchasing a premium headset. I 100% believe this headset is only good for corporate meetings where you don't need high fidelity.

    So much worse than Steelseries

    I wanted to love this headset so much. I loved the look of it and I really wanted a wireless headset. I was disappointed though. The audio is not clear at all. The mic is even worse. I tried every setting in the GHub software to try and make it better to no avail. I have a Steelseries Arctis 5 headset that I will be continuing to use. The Logitech G733 is going back to the store.

    I love the headphones. Nothing wrong with them. However, I am not sure if they affect me because their Bluetooth but I started to experience ice pick headaches. Not the business trying to sell them now.

    Not worth $100, only for aesthetics

    Not good for over $100 headset, lightweight but tight on the head. After 2 months of use it crackles in the audio every few mins, cuts in and out of connection. The mic is not good now due to me taking it in and out. Just like most headsets this one is not interchangeable for lefthanders.

    I bought these mid December. It's mid January now and I can't listen to anything without spontaneous static kicking in every few minutes. Unfortunately the purchase apparently never connected to my account so I have no proof of purchase to make a complaint. My only hope is this will cause somebody to stop and think before buying these. Utter waste of so much money...at least I held onto my old headphones

    lacks lifespan

    Beware of the two year warranty. I have had mine for 2 years and 4 months. Just stopped working, barely after warranty expired. Very disappointed because I love the look of the headset and other Logitech products, but am hesitant to purchase from them again due to the convenient timing of the issue with my headset. The product does not have longevity, do not purchase unless you are planning to have to replace it within a couple of years.

    The worst set of headphone ive bought in 10 years. Audio quality is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than other gaming headsets at cheaper prices. If you wear glasses the lights on the front will reflect on your lens basically blinding you. They get dirty extremely easily.

    NO SIDETONE FOR PS4

    No side-tone/mic monitorying for PS4, only PC. If you enable it on PC then plug in to PS4, it temporarily works. Once you power off and power back on, it no longer works.

The G733 Lightspeed wireless headset comes with a bunch of extra features that unfortunately, are only compatible with PC. This includes the Side tone feature. The reason why it won't work with your PS4, is because the headset needs the G-Hub software in order to know what features you have on and off. And unfortunately, the G-Hub software is not available for PlayStation. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.     Microphone broke after a year
