The color and design looked amazing to me. The fact the mic is just an aux plug in was really annoying to me. Also felt and looked cheaper in person than I expected it too based on online images make it look and my previous experience having other versions of logitech headsets. The only nice thing is that the ear cushions look pretty cozy. I ended up returning it as it was not living up to my expectations.

Looked awesome and felt very comfortable. Sound was great and for $129 I thought it was a steal. Unfortunately after about 1 week of use I turned it off to charge it and it would not turn back on, plugged it in and nothing happened. Plugged it to the wall and still nothing. Didn’t expect it to stop working after a week of use.

I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with the Logitech G733 Gaming Headset; I would like to help. On the G733 headset, please hold down the mute button and then also hold down the power button. Hold both buttons for about 10 seconds. The headset should reset, and the LED lights should be blinking on the headset. On the USB receiver, please use a paperclip to press down the reset button. The indicator light in the USB receiver will blink rapidly once in pairing mode. The headset and USB receiver should then establish a connection. I hope this resolves the issue that you experienced; I apologize for the inconvenience. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the Logitech G733 headset if you need further assistance. I recommend downloading the G Hub software for customization and updates.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For an average of 4.5 stars, it seems most of these are paid for by Logitech. 4 days is all it took for this headset to start crackling and losing sound for extended periods of time. Their software fails to install on my system, and have done everything in the book to allow the program to install. I am unable to check for firmware updates, check battery levels, or do much of anything else with this headset. The only 5 star it deserves is for comfort, because its comfortable, but its not functional.
