Only thing I have had a problem with is the ghub turning up the mic volume by itself. Doesn’t bother me but my poor team mates get their eardrums blown out.

Compared to the literal free pair of Eluktronics headphones I got with my laptop, they maybe get up to... 30% of the volume of those? Mic quality is really pretty bad too. The aforementioned Eluktronics headphones sound better. Not to mention the fact that these things cannot hold a charge to save their lives. 100% to 0% in 2-2.5 hrs (not even using the microphone). Not to mention, they feel light and cheap. Like there's not a lot of actual hardware in there besides the plastic body. For the price, really disappointed with this one. Especially considering I like Logitech's mice and keyboards so much.

Posted .Hello ShaferFam! I'm sorry to hear you're running into compatibility issues with the G733 headset. Unfortunately, most wireless USB headsets don't work on Xbox One due to Xbox having to have a special communications chip in the device to allow USB devices to work. This is not needed for PS4 and PC. As far as it not working on PS4, here are somethings you can try. Plug the USB into a computer and make sure the headset is up to date using our G Hub software. Make sure you're plugging the USB into one of the USB ports on the front of the PS4. This way it has the closest connection. If this doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to start a warranty claim. Posted .Hey there Zion, sorry to hear that you had some issues with your microphone quality. If you haven't already, I would recommend downloading our GHub software, which should allow you to activate BlueVoice on the headset, which should significantly increase the microphone quality.

His audio quality on our calls has greatly improved, he finds the range really accessible, and the headphones really comfortable. It looks to be a good value for the price! Battery life also doesn't seem to be a problem for us.

There were loud crackles as I used the headset, and other users who had the same model had similar issues. I do not recommend...unless you have to have RGB.
