Light use few times a week. Out of nowhere the right speaker significantly quieter than the left. Attempted to make adjustments in the software but has minimal help.

The things that disappoint me are the lighting and sound. It's kind of annoying trying to set the lighting the way I want and the options seem limited, also doesn't always stay the way I want. I'm fairly certain there's no on board memory. Then there's the sound, I keep it maxed and still feel it's lacking (even after pushing the equalizer all the way up). I should have focused more on the quality of sound and forgone the lighting.

Great Headset that looks nice

I know I know..... typical. But the sound is also awesome and rivals my HyperX. It is light and very comfortable. After a few hours, if you wear glasses, it does get uncomfortable and you need to adjust your arms for your glasses. But thats the only con thus far.

Just missing some features that I love on the steel series brand. Nothing wrong with them, just personally prefer my 7+. Not being able to change my volume from chat to media on the fly was my deal breaker. Good headsets otherwise.

Logitech G733 vs Arctis 7

The headset was a bit small on me, so was a bit uncomfortable after a while. The sound quality was good, had a fair amount of bass. The mic did have a bit of difficulty picking up my voice, which brought it down for me. I liked that the USB was easy to plug right into my computer or laptop and be able to use the headset, along with it controlling the system volume was nice. Overall, it was just okay for me, but I ended up returning it and sticking with the Arctis 7.

If you download our GHub software, you can actually customize the headset to a huge degree, right down to the microphone settings and the audio mixing. It really makes the headset so much more versatile, and can solve some of the issues you're having with the mic.
