I love the buttons and the volume scroll on the back. The software to sync the colors is super easy to use. I don’t use mine for gaming with others a lot, so being able to unplug the mic was a huge selling point for me.

Great sound but poor mic quality

Others can here you well enough, but they said I sounded muffled/muddy. Went through multiple suggestions on how to improve the sound but eventually gave up.

After a few months I've noticed that sometimes my mic doesn't work when unmuted. I don't know if it is because I use the mute button a lot, or if it's connectivity issue. It's a very rare occurrence but still inconvenient.

Cool headphones

Hes run into a few problems with them that we had to figure out. Just some setting changes were required. Overall quality is great though.

Solid headphones

Not a fan of the rolling volume button and the mic being so short. Fit is pretty good slightly tight on ears but solid headphones for work.

That said, I am never giving Logitech another dime. I'll start with the G Hub application, since that's quick and easy. Garbage to install, garbage to update, garbage to use, and garbage to uninstall. Now for the headset. The audio quality and microphone are serviceable, but the battery life is a flat out lie. Barring that, I have had an on and off issue for the entire duration of my ownership where it is constantly cutting in and out, losing reception to its receiver, and constantly having issues. I sit right next to my PC, and thus the receiver. And yet, I'm still having issues. I have tried troubleshooting in every conceivable way. I have plugged it into different USB ports, tried a USB hub, ensured they were charged, ensured up to date drivers, and yet, nothing. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on owning them for more than a few weeks. Logitech has become a garbage company in the last few years, and it shows.
