The other qualities are great. The mic sounds great and you can barely hear the background noise.

Tried a Bluetooth adapter before purchasing this headset. Adapter was terrible and kept dropping the mic portion not allowing the player to speak when playing a game with others. This headset has no issues and daughter loves the design. Don’t waste your time with Bluetooth adapters.

I love the buttons and the volume scroll on the back. The software to sync the colors is super easy to use. I don’t use mine for gaming with others a lot, so being able to unplug the mic was a huge selling point for me.
