I got a scratched up steering wheel that stinks like cigarette smoke and pedals that have mud on them. When I called the store I was told that I opened it, so I had no options. How am I supposed to know the condition? Never had an Issue at BB until now, but this is kinda huge in my eyes.

The unit can be awkward to attach to a table to use. Also, the petals are hard to push down for a kid.

Not impressed at all. Brake is hard, had to stand up on it to slow… slow the car down didn’t even stop it. Clutch and brake kept randomly changing on pc. Unable to save profile settings on Xbox. Good for newbies, not good for pros.

This is a Christmas gift for my grandson. He picked it out so I am hoping it meets his expectations.

This is good entry level piece . It is built for children and you can tell that from the build quality and size of everything.

Ended up having to return it because we could get it to link to the PC correctly

Worked great just a lot of wires and you need a solid desk

Works pretty good just wish you could change the steering strength it’s fun to use instead of the basic paddles and the foot pedals are easy to use I definitely recommend a stand for it

A litte overpriced especially since you also have to buy a stand for it to sit on.

Product worked fine for 1 week and a half but now doesn’t turn on, while yes I can return it. The box it came with was discarded so I’ve not gone to return it.

First, I wouldn't buy it again. Initial install caused a constant blue screen crash as soon as it was plugged in on a new windows 10 machine. Thanks to some enterprising users, they found a work around to the problem. I didn't see any response on the forums form Logitech that solved anything. That should have been my first clue to return the product. After hacking things around to finally getting that working, it worked OK for a couple of weeks and then one day after plugging it into the USB port, things went south again. Basically the pedal layout was scrambled with some actions working in reverse. In addition the xbox LED (button 11) light constantly flickers or stays on when trying to use the hardware on Project Cars.. Several others have been reporting this kind of problem without any clear resolution from Logitech. I also turned in a support ticket but haven't had a response. A full reinstall of current Logitech drivers and software didn't fix the problem. In short, Logitech has done an extremely poor job of developing the driver software in support of the product. I would absolutely not recommend anyone purchase this product. Software is just to buggy.

This is a piece of crap and Best Buy will not take it back now.

Was able to get on sale on Black Friday. Love this steering wheel. Lots of customization options. Only negative can lose alignment if wheel is rorated while game is off

Doesnt work. Its hard to manage and box to return was damaged bad you could not send package back

Super fun the only problem i had was where it was set up i couldnt press the break pedal all the way down thats the only down side is how hard you have to push

good but difficult to control the car force feedback causes over and under steer

It works fine just the wheel feels I little funny .

Logitech support isn't much help either. May have to end up returning this as the pedals will only work with Xbox One. They will not work on PC with the Logitech Gaming Software after multiple updates and re-installs. Widows recognizes the inputs but their software does not.
